Well Pat, you can't ban a proxy
  2. Looks to me you're shouting in the desert here. This hasn't been identified on tuneid and discogs let alone on a website where the average user's age is likely to be 23 or so... Having said that, a "newcommer" identified me a track from 1993 which is far from a rare track but considering it's age, style and (little) popularity was quite amused it got identified here. So bumping every month is still worth.
  3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnKlLkUAHMs You're right man! Can't beleive you identified this at your 5th post here! You made my day B) Have you tried the others ?
  4. Incredibly old-school sounding EP, which is a good thing for me. Thumbs up
  5. This is a very good release. The review on discogs says it all
  6. Bumping to keep a reminder for myself that I must listen this
  7. If it's really your first dive into the oldschool and you started with TIP and you think to continue the journey label by label, I suggest you jump to Dragonfly next. You can pass their first CD since it's very basic and dated 1993 Trance. Same for Blue Room Released, you can safely pass their 1st CD since it's half Techno but I think wouldn't do bad listening it. Next try labels like Flying Rhino. Most of their backcatalogue is downloadable for free from their website, but the real old-skool sound is their 1996/1997 releases; by 1998 they had jumped to Progressive and Housey sound so it's not what you call real old sound. Try also Matsuri 1995 - 1997, by 1998 label had been experimenting in what's not. Those were my label suggestions. As for compilation series try: Goa-Head 1 to 7, maybe 8 and 9 later. Tantrance 1 to 8 Pulse 1 to 6, maybe 7 later Distance to Goa 1 to 7 Goa Vibes 1 to 3 These are always safe bets.
  8. Confused. You don't like GOA and you were blasted by the TIP old CD's ?
  9. Up to a very few days ago pedrofromportugal was selling the Nova Tekk version for €40 on discogs, it's gone now.
  10. He says he added the best. I suppose it was so good they stole even the html
  11. Update, some items gone. Everything of what's available on 1st post.
  12. Still available. Surprisingly no-one has pm'd for it
  13. So you did a massacre You deserve to be in the psy-inferno after death But seriously, this is one of the weirdest stories I heard. Cutting apart digipaks and throwing away the backcovers/cutting the backcover tracklist of original CD's to save space is a totally unbeleivable atrocity. Just think of all the money you have thrown away....
  14. Goa-Head was (still is ) a series from a music giant, so if it didn't sell it wouldn't have been a big loss Curiously Tantrance stopped at 12 in 2002 - only to resurface with 13 last August
  15. Just like the old days, lot of Goa labels skipped this number. Suntrip is an oldschool label.
  16. I love this compilation. My only gripe is that the Filteria track is recorded way too loud here.
  17. Added Ibizarre - The Ambient Collection 1
  18. I see, didn't know that WAV files are supported by new(er) systems. My Philips mini system supports only MP3's.
  19. You can play a CS on a HI-FI only if it has a USB port, so it must be a "modern" HI-FI. HI-FI's with USB port can only read MP3 files, WAV's are not supported through the USB connection. To play WAV's you have to play them on computer and connect HI-FI to computer. Or obviosly have a good speaker system with your PC.
