  1. Kuffdam & Plant - Maziko OMG! What a great track it is! It starts as a usual hard euro-trance track which you would hear in a recent set from Tiesto or Van Buuren, but... the middle part is true Old-School Goa Trance. A very pleasant surprise from Kuffdam & Plant.

    Ticon - 2AM

So many different opinions on this one, hm... Well i decided to listen to it properly for myself alone and with my friends (whose tastes differ from heavy metal and hard-psy-trance to ambient and pop). When i was listening alone first impression was very positive - from the very first track it went great with smooth melody and nice electroey rhythms to some really funky house tunes. Well i was pleased and i liked it a lot. This album is quality from start to finish. When i was listening with my friends - one of them (who is a big fan of Tryambaka and compilations from Yabai records) said that it's pure crap and absolutely boring, the other one who is actually electro-house Dj in a local club said this was the best electro album of 2008 and grabbed it with him, others were really without any opinion but constantly moved their heads and feet And so it was like yeah - "2AM" by Ticon is trully brilliant in its own field.
  3. For a good balance of rhythm and melody i'd like to recommend you Human Blue "Base Basket Buffet" and Solar Fields "Earthshine". And for some full-on try Digicult "Out of This World"
  4. This is for sure the freakiest suomi i have ever heard. My reaction after the first listen was like "What the Hell?!" But then after a few couple of listens i was hooked (as always with suomi on the more experimental edge). A special feeling sucked me in and i couldn't resist it. Man, i just looove suomi.
  5. Oh my goody!! Samples sound amazing :posford:
  6. Oh yes! This is a killer mix :clapping: np: Tres Lost Amigos - Full On (I adore Antiscarp for their humour )
  7. Thanks - i already have the Netherworld track - amazing rework
  8. It reminds me new Infected Mushroom stuff = BORING
  9. Which ones would you recommend?
  10. How do you consider - does this label realease good Psy or it's cheesy and unintersting? Recently i found out that new Prosper album was released on JOOF and there are other releases under Psy (style) definition. Anybody heard some? click I've got one track last year "Ricky M - Bongladesh" from JOOF and it was fantastic (deep psy-trance)
  11. Orbital - Halcyon+On+On I consider this the tranciest morning tune ever. :drama:
  12. Jose Nunez - Bilingual :posford: the dirtiest house track ever! "Your fucking me makes me bilingual"
  13. Yeah, i've surfed through all the discogs catalog of Psychotrance series and now i'd really like to have them all
  14. Recently i got hold of the DJ Brian's mixed cd "Psychotrance 2002". And i have to say i am very impressed with the track selection (psy-trance + techno + hard-trance) and the mixing. Previous cds from the series must be also very good and if it's possible i'd like to hear opinions of you people. PS. When i heard "Seed - Blue Vibrations" from Brian's cd i was blown away. :posford: Amazing progressive trance tune. :drama:
