Phenomena for me too... Altough I voted Real Rush by accident as it was written first... I must say I also like Asynja and Rerecorded also, specially the last one was a nice surprise
-
Phototropic is my favourite... Altough my favourite track of them must be the London Live Mix of the Rezwalker Reminds me so much of Shakta - Lepton Head rmx of Dado...
-
No problem, everyone has to learn, I hope you can still find your wanted track, but via original cds then
-
Hell no, that one is far out of our possibilities, maybe if all other releases next 3 years will be a huge succes we can afford it, but... so don't even hope for it...
-
MFG for me without a.n.y. doubt... It are the only ones that managed to create an album in every style, still insanely psychedelic... In fact I know no weak tracks of them... But this is all personal taste of course
-
I'm very curious about the Derango album, the cover looks cool already! Forest music... *boooo boooooooooooooooooo*
-
People that like this should check out Noforix, a Danish guy that had tracks online a few years ago... Probably still available on some places, that's also real goa-acid-core or something

Asia 2001 - Amnesia (2CD)
Anoebis replied to amphiton's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
He wants it like that! I had him play in Belgium on a party of me 2 years ago... And he asked me to write some bio on the flyer... as Martin Cooper, and he don't want anybody to mention his real name (don't ask me why ) What is also strange is that I had his "new" album back then... So it seems it won't be released afterall as this are all re-releases or remixes... A pitty, but let's first hear and then complain I'd love to hear a GOOD mastered version of Reykjavik -
lol, typical forum stuff, I must agree with OTT that it is NOT his fault that the cds are scratched and that he can't do anything about it... He could be a little more polite tho, but I understand the frustrations after reading what other people are doing to him on isratrance etc... I should publish some mails I had after the Apsara release of people only telling shit to me because we dared to release melodic goa trance the old school style... Otheriwse OTT, don't care about those mails/messages, ignore them, you are a musician, not a manager (I think)

it's lying in front of me right now after a fantastic melodic live act of Ka Sol on an old school party this weekend Schlab 007 must be the total opposite, hard psychedelic industrial-influenced sounds Soon I'll post a decent review It sure sounds good for all the people into the Upssala sound

Whaaa, what a WONDERFUL cd
-
But it isn't rare AT ALL, it are the only goa cds that are for sale in EVERY Belgian shop... Mostly with even more fancy names as "I Love Goa" or "Goa Love Parade" (and I'm serious now) naming the rarest cd of my collection must be hard, but I have over 25 goa cds that were not yet on discogs, so I guess they must be REALLY rare... And maybe my little baby is the promo of Asia 2001 - Live (even with Promo printed on the cover )

A remix-cd of the U96 - Das Boot track

I had new this week: Psyko Disko - Psyko Disko (Psy Harmonics) Technossomy - Synthetic FLesh (and it's GREAT!) V.A. Heavy Machinery V.A. Ultra High Freaquencies Jupiter 8000 - Jupiter 8000 V.A. Didjeridu Techno Trance Space Tribe - 2000 O.D. V.A. A Taste of Trust in Trance
-
the only full on cd I actually enjoyed so far is the first one of Tikal and the last album of Electric Universe But there is more full on like (not really typical full on) stuff I dig like Miraculix, Blue Vortex, Herbal Essence, Silent Sphere and Soul Surfers
-
lol, kind of muziek? Some more Belgian/Dutch freak here? Anyway, forest music... Kavator/Schlabbaduerst/Sanaton/Stone age (not as much as they used to be) music or sure! Also Schizm compilation is pretty forest like for me, just like the Clairaudience comp... For forest ambient music...Schlab 006, and specially the Leprachaun dub! What a PERFECT track, you can see trolls dancing around a fire while listening to it
-
yeah, way too much boring/not mad enough music too imo... @ Rain, Lani, maximal? Woow, no shit, but they always have 2 véry simple layers and a guitar riff, last time I heard them I thought they actually sounded like tiesto with extra guitar... Anyway, maximal from this year? Wait for Schlab 007 Apsara (Ka Sol track) is pretty maximal, Phi (or was it from last year), Schizm which is 2004 but VERY maximal music, Sci FOrest will be very maximal (on 6 Dimension sound), soon there will be a new Mandalavandalz & Scozbor & Derango & Squaremeat! Conclusion: this year I heard way too little crazy/maximal music
-
I would like to add some extra names: Logic Bomb, they had set the standard of modern melodic goa trance for years And then you forgot some GIGANTIC pioneers imo Tusyoshi Suzuki! He was years ahead of his time... Xenomorph: made great albums and he is probably the most important influence for the dark scene Ollie Olsen/Andrew Till and all @ psy harmonics, the first ultra weird/psychedelic/experimental music

the violin part in Dancing With Kadafi...

Pleiadians - IFO Re-print petition
Anoebis replied to Frontier Psychiatrist's topic in General Psytrance
hmm, it really isn't that simple, pleiadians is NOT the group that it was, so just reprinting is not that easy... The artists that are pleiadians now (so Max and the other, grr, forgot his name) don't like their old music anymore, and they surely don't like the idea of everybody asking them : "please, make more like IFO" Also there is a reason why Pleiadians splitted of course, and the ex-members should have their part of the cake if there will be a reprint... Last but not least you actually CAN buy the rights to reprint the cd, but it is really REALLY high, only big labels can afford the amount, so hope some big labels like dragonfly actually re-release it For Suntrip it is simply impossible -
I think the reason why they don't reprint is simply because they have some kind of agreement with Pleiadians... Like "we will print maximum 10.000 cds, if we want to print more we'll have to pay you ????? €" And probably it's not worth the risk as Pleiadians is not cheap...
