  1. Very nice Cd, some super-dreamy songs and some melodic songs who will touch your heart!! We all know the beauty of the classic "Spiritual healing" off course... But the other songs are also very intense... My favourite tracks are 1(!!!), 3,5,6,8 I only think that the second song should have been the last song cuz it does not fit behind Spiritual healing!! Anyway, a MUST have!! Bom Shankar

    V/A - Voojoo Rituals

Héhé, all hard and full on israeli Trance...!! Israeli Trance changed alot, just like the European Trance, but Isralien Trance became even better!! ) The best songs are 2 (the only really melodic Trance-song on this CD, is REALLY véry hypnotic), song 4(!!) (that is SOOO good... The part with the guitars... Straight from hell!!) By the way, it is a sample and a guitar rif from Sepultura!! DARKSOHO, You rule!!!!!!!!! Song 6 is also Véry wicked!!!! héhé... Except of those 3 KILLERS ALL the other songs are very good or good!! Hovek Olam, keep making such music!! Bom Shankar
  3. Elysium - Dance For The Celestial Beings Artist: Elysium Title: Dance For The Celestial Beings Label: Nova Zembla Date: 1995 Track listing: 01. 10'49" Elysium 02. 10'25" Aliens 03. 06'55" A Journey Into The Complex Brain 04. 07'50" Dance For The Celestial Beings 05. 10'38" Keep It Cool 06. 09'29" Illusive World 07. 09'00" Interpretation Of Dreams (Ethnic Mix) Review: One of the first good Goa-cd's... altough it's already old it still sounds nice! It's mostly pretty dreamy and tribal Goa-Trance with Indian Chants and percussion, but there are also some dance-songs (in 95) on this CD, but they won't work enymore on parties now, the dance-songs became simply too slow!! My favourite songs are 1,3,4,6&7!! Song 4 is even one of the best downtempo-Trance songs I've ever heard!! So nice work from Elysium here!! Bom Shankar
  4. V/A - Psychedelic Vibes 1 Artist: Various Title: Psychedelic Vibes 1 Label: Phonokol Date: 1996 Track listing: 01. 10'31" Gene Joke : Magic Carpet 02. 07'51" Synchro : Babes On Broomsticks 03. 09'23" Undercover : Mission 1 04. 10'11" Blue Planet Corporation : Antidote (Under The Roof Rmx) 05. 07'45" X-Dream : Psychoactivity 06. 06'37" Z to A : Next Stop Oblivion (Rmx) 07. 08'09" Pollinator : Clone 3 08. 08'05" Gene Joke : Aphrodite 09. 07'34" Gene Joke : Brain Drain Review: I don't like this compilation very much... You have some good songs on it (4,5&7) but the other songs are rather anonymous!! For the peoples who don't know Pollinator... Well, Pollinator is the same group as X-Dream, so it's made by Rough And Rush!! And you can hear that!! ))) I like song 5 also very much... It's soooo psychedelic... And it builds and builds till the end... About all the songs of Gene Joke, well... I'm glad I haven't heard anything of them anymore... Bom Shankar

Not really top, but really some véry good songs and some less good... The Cd starts great with a great Tribal song with Indian chants... The second song starts also tribal but I don't like it... the 3d song is véry good!!! It's the combination between Tim Schuldt And Cydonia... ))) So it's hard off course!! The first song on this CD from Shiva Sidpao has a long building-up, but the end is awesome... )) The song of P Cok is not good, it's a little too boring... But luckely we have Four Carry Nuts after it (again Tim Schuldt) and you can guess... Hard and good!! ))) Shiva Sidpao's Spacewalk is not véry good, but the second part of the song is nice!! The last song is a Ambient-number, and I'll be honest, I've already heard better numbers! But overall the projects of Tim Schuldt, the song of Sonic Fusion and the second part of The Power Of The Darkside makes wordth this CD cuz those songs are KILLERS!! )) Bom Shankar
  6. V/A - Psychedelic Vibes 3 Artist: Various Title: Psychedelic Vibes 3 Label: Phonokol Date: 1997 Track listing: 01. 08'06" The Delta : As A Child I Could Walk On The Ceiling 02. 08'23" Oforia : Big Bang 03. 07'40" Synchro : Kitchen Sync 04. 07'52" Bypass Unit : Tunnel Floatation 05. 07'13" Bypass Unit : Weird Monkey 06. 08'11" Bypass Unit : Green Dreams 07. 06'45" Bypass Unit : Phaser Galaxy 08. 07'20" Strange Biscuit : Pseudo Acoustic 09. 06'36" Thepsichore : Bogakka 10. 07'28" Children Of Paradise : Alien Nation Part 1 Review: Not a very interesting compilation... Song 1 is already on enough compilations and song 2 is NOT very good work of Oforia, he can do better!! The song of Synchro is also not my cup of tea... But after that we have 4 songs of Bypass Unit... The songs are all almost the same and they are nice to listen (specially 6), but it's stupid to put 4 songs who are all in the same style on a compilation!! The best song of this cd is nr 9... Group was unknown to me but it's the only song that is véry uplifting (together with nr.1)!! COP is nice finisher of the CD!! So all together not the best Psy-vibes and not uplifting enough... it's even almost anonymous... Bom Shankar!!

The CD starts with one of the most beautiful melodic Trance song EVER... immediatelt followed by another very hypnotic Trance-song of Electric Universe... The song of Ubar Tmar is also véry good, better as his other stuff!! The remix of Land Of Freedom is not as good as the original but still pretty nice!! Song 5,6&7 are good... Not véry, good...!! The song of Z to A is the only one I don't like here but the CD ends good again!! ))) Bom Shankar

Some great songs on it, the music sounds pretty dreamy and the first 3 songs have many breaks and they all have long build-ups... But except the first 3 songs they'll work on parties for sure!! Best tracks are 4&5, good to dance, but tracks nr 1,6&7 are also very nice!! Bom Shankar

    Son Kite - Minilogue

I've just heard this album at a friend and I can only say this is simply boring Techno!!! This has nothing to do with Goa-TRANCE anymore... I even don't think this music is Psychedelic... So simply not my cup of tea!! I guess this is a good album if you like the minimalistic Techno, but I hate it!! Bom Shankar
  10. I didn't like CD 1 very much...!! Although there are some very famous names on it... Still there are 2 very good tunes, Medicine Drum and Prana... That song is soooo great, great psychedelic sounds!! Only that Arabian "melody" in the middle... Was that necesarry?? CD 2 is something completely different but really AWESOME!! This is one of my favourite chill-CD's!! The song "Sacred" from "Neera" is even the most beautiful chill-song I've ever heard... That voice is straight from heaven!! Bom Shankar

The song on that CD (ISMS, pt 1) isn't that great, but you could hear that his music was something different!! And he prooves that on this CD!! It's very various, it goes from good Goa-dance-music till beautiful tribal Chill-out!! The best songs are 3,5 (dance-stuff) and 4,7,8&10 (rather chilly or downtempo-trance)!! If you like RTTS-music than you'll like this!! Bom Shankar
  12. Tim Schuldt - Single-Collection Artist: Tim Schuldt Title: Single-Collection Label: Global Trance Network Date: 2000 Track listing: 01. 07'32" Cascara 02. 09'10" Orange Acid 03. 09'03" Red Hair Hospital 04. 10'06" Animatronic 05. 09'39" Ohm Shiva 06. 08'01" Pretty Poison 07. 08'07" Evil Playground 08. 07'45" Absurd Review: Yessss... This is quality-stuff!! Hard, insane and great to dance... Sometimes with guitars or great other metallic sounds...The CD starts with the only bad song on this CD, it's pretty soft and sounds alot like normal Trance... After that it's 1000 times better!! Nr 2 is rather melodic but very nice and nr 3 till 8 are HARD and typical Tim Schuldt-style ))))!!! My favourite songs on this CD are 2,3,4,5,6&7!!! This is the best CD I bought this year so far (and one of my best all time...)!! really a MUST have!! Bom Shankar
  13. ??????? This is exactly the same compilation as "World of Goa-Trance 1"!!! If you wanne read what I think of this comp. you should go there!!!Bom Shankar
  14. By far the best CD of SUN-Project!! This CD is full with great Goa-songs, some with guitars (specially Spaceships And Spacepeople) and some other are very uplifting Psy-Trance songs!!!! I like Space Dwarfs the most... I simply can't describe it, but that song is so full with energy... Best songs are 1,2,3,5,6&8 Buy it if you can find it!!! Bom Shankar

But after that we have some heavier stuff... Psyko Disko is indeed PSYCHO, weird noises and drums... Followed by some mediocre tracks (nr 4&5) and song nr 6 is even bad!! The song of Bumbling Loons is nice, but also not very uplifting, the best song on the CD is for sure nr 9, some great melodies and great for dancing... And this CD ends with a rather slow and not very Psychedelic track from Blue Planet Corporation. Overall I don't think this is as good as the other Flying-Rhino releases... It's simply not uplifting enough and it never takes you on a real trip... Bom Shankar

When you read the names you would think there are a lot of tribal songs, well, that's wrong, there are 1 or 2 tribal songs on this comp (and those songs are bad!!) The only good songs are the songs from Mandala and some of Shamanic Tribes On Acid!! Oh yeah, maybe it's good to know that every CD has 2, 3 or 4 softer songs... Bom Shankar

It is a mix of Goa-Trance (about 50%), some other strange kinds of Trance and also some very good Ambient songs (about 20%)!!! The best songs are on CD1! (nr 2 => One of the most dreamy songs I've ever heard, 4 => Also Dream trance, 6 => Some good Goa here, 9 => Very scary atmosphere, but really cool and 10 is a good Ambient song of one of the best Goa-producers ever!!) On CD2 the songs aren't very good, best songs are nr 1,6,8&9 (=>mostly Goa...) Bom Shankar
  18. This really is a véry psychedelic CD, and also véry good for the dancefloor!! (Except 4, it's rather slow...) Those Swedish boys know exactly how to make Mushroom-music )) The best songs are nr 1,5,7,8&9!! The only problem is that the style becomes rather boring for listening after a while, so I always put on the CD starting from song 5... )) I hope those Scandinavians will give us more twisted and insane music soon... (especially Battle Of The Future Buddhas...)!!! Bom Shankar

It's really a trip trough very different psy-trance songs... This Cd starts ok with a song from Mindfield followed by a hard dance-floor stomper from Darshan, I don't like this song very much, but it's not bad... But after that... YEAH!! Somaton (=Shakta) song is WONDERFUL!! Altough the title name (Melodic Cheese) is awful, the song is heaven, a nice hard, fat and fast beat and great melodies... Maybe I love this song more because I really have some party-memories when I hear this song (I've heared this song already a few times on Goa-party's and I'll never forget it how I was dancing on this outstanding song!!) After that we have a more tribal piece of work by Jaïa, especially the second part of the song is good!! Nr 5 (Hunab Ku) was unknown to me but they createv some great chaotic Psy-Trance, nr 6 is more minimalstic, Analog Pussy is the only song that's not good on this CD, the song is rather boring... Chi-ad. gives us some more Indian-influenced music and the second part of the song is excellent ))! To end this CD there is a morning-trance song from Asura, great for dancing during a sunset!! Really a must!! Bom Shankar
  20. SUN Project - Zwork Artist: SUN Project Title: Zwork Label: Nova Tekk Date: 1999 Track listing: 01. 08'18" Zwork 02. 09'12" Subsonic Overdrive 03. 07'49" 380 Volt 04. 08'18" Elevator 05. 06'16" Copeland 06. 08'04" Casio Paya 07. 08'20" Alienated 08. 08'22" Planet Earth 09. 06'53" Deeper And Deeper Review: This is the kind of album that make me doubt, sometimes I think it's pretty cool and sometimes I think it sucks!! So let me say this album is rather bad...!! )) (maybe it depends on the mood...)The problem with the album is that they use too many guitars in some songs (nr1,3)!! Sometimes it can be cool but after a while it's getting rather boring!! I like track 7 here, it's something very strange... And the intro is wonderful!! From the other songs nr 1&9 is good!! And there are two songs that I really hate on this CD, nr 5 & 6!!! So a rather bad album, but live they are GREAT!! I've seen them twice and they kick ass!! Bom Shankar
  21. Very good CD!! I don't think it's cheesy, I think it's just enough melodic to be good Israeli Trance!! What also is cool is that he makes different types of music, song nr 1 is good morning-Trance, nr 4 is great Goa for on party's and nr 8 sounds a bit like Techno (Shit...)!! So I enjoyed this CD very much except song 8 (because it sounds a bit like Techno and I simply hate Techno) and the end of song 7... What happened there??? Using celtic insturments isn't original enymore so he tried Country and Western... Damned, that sucks!!! (héhé)!! But overall a nice and danceable CD!! Bom Shankar

    V/A - Goa Head 6

I really enjoyed this one!! At first I didn't like it too much, but now I like it... It's a fine collection of pretty hard tracks!! It's the hardest of all Goa-Heads!! (Maybe nr9 is also as hard as this one, but it's 10 times less good as this one!!) The first 3 songs of CD1 are not very good, but than it starts!! )) One of the best Electric Universe tracks in history, a rather mediocre track by Jaïa and than... A master-piece made by Ofer!! After that follows one of the most insane songs ever, and I love it!! The mix between the Green Nuns and Tristan!! That track is followed by the great classic of the Green Nuns and at keeps on going... Another great track from Christoff and surely Chi-ad. Oh my god, I love this track sooo much!!! The second CD is good till song 7, after that it are bad fillers!! But the first 7 songs are nice... Most of them are hard, pretty dark and good to dance!! (I like MFG's why? the most of this CD)!! This is a compilation you can't miss!!!Bom Shankar
  23. Anoebis

    V/A - Goa Head 4

It's not the best Goa-head, but it's listenable!! The first CD starts with some good songs (nr1,2,3) but after that there are alot fillers, only nr6&8 are good and nice for listening!! (And the track of Oforia also for dancing...) The second CD is mediocre, a few songs are ok (nr1,5&9) but the rest BweeuuHhh... Not good... Ok, off course this CD ends with the best song of the Pleiadians ever, but that song is soooo famous that it doesn't have to be on another compilation I guess... Bom Shankar
  24. Carl says here that the track of Chi-ad. is great, and he's right it's my personal nr 1!!But you can find it on another compilation as this (bad) one!! The other compilations is "Dream Creation"!! It's a wonderful cd that's also on Our Psytrance-page... Enjoy it!! Bom Shankar
  25. Electric Universe - Waves Artist: Electric Universe Title: Waves Label: Spirit Zone Date: 1998 Track listing: 01. 06'21" Jungle Spirit 02. 07'41" Spectral Blue 03. 07'46" Bubbles 04. 08'40" Spiral Galaxy 05. 08'40" Saijen 06. 05'44" Flashback 07. 08'41" Freakquencies 08. 05'50" The Island 09. 07'04" Funtation Review: Really bad CD, only two good songs on it!! Flashback and Jungle Spirit!! He uses way too much breakbeats and lots of songs sound like Techno, and I don't like Techno... It's too boring!! Luckely the artwork is beautiful, but the CD isn't good at all!! Bom Shankar
