You are probably right... but FUCK that attitude. every track we had in full quality and loved was released. This whole nonsense "I keep my music for myself" attitude is pure rubbish imo (yes, I'm harsh on this subject, with a reason). So thanks for other labels releasing this in the end!

As we will release our 3cd comp today/tomorrow, this is next finally

Well, if you think that I read all threads here, than you are wrong... I read not so much at all actually... So I probably didnt read it. Besides, if there is something good I hear, I WILL reply. And I don't feel obligated to answer to all promo's anyway. As said by Fabien. We had over 500 (!!!!) promos for the last comp in 2 months... impossible to answer all. We do LISTEN all, and if a track is releasable, we will contact you. This is nothing personal, simply practical.

Thanks for the results and the support!!! (and I'm sad I didn't make it this year... )

Very honest? I never heard the tracks. If Fabien or I get tracks, there is already a first quality control. Tracks who are for sure not good enough for release, we keep aside (as said before) and those tracks never reached me... Which sais enough I think. Keep working, as others say, it's mostly a matter of time, talent and motivation. But it takes YEARS before you can really hope for a release...

+1 for Fabien's post. Unfortunately we are not able (anymore) to reply everyone, everytime. I have a full time job and play every weekend here or somewhere in Europe. Next to that there is Suntrip, a girlfriend, a social life,... But as Fabien said. We do listen to EVERY promo we get. We put them in 3-4 folders, which we keep aside for future compilations. Can you tell me when or where you send me a promo Radi? Because I never had a track from you as far as I remember...

This discussion is endless of course. There is no "boss" who deceides which terms we should use I guess (Mr Goa Gill?) And as said by others. In every country they have different names for the genres. I have been to countries where the whole psy-trance scene was called: "psychedelic", "trance", "goa" or "psy-trance". And yes, they call progressive "goa" too Actually in my country, (real) goa-parties are referred to as "old school" parties. No matter what kind of goa But as Fabien pointed out, there is clearly a Psynews generation. Here the new/old school term started... Somehow with a reason of course. But In my opinion it is useless afterall About the scene. In Belgium only 2-3 organisations left doing parties with modern goa-trance... True. Which is weird, as we had 800 people on our Suntrip party last weekend. So enough people LOVE this sound. But it all goes in waves... At the moment "new" goa is not "cool" in our scene, and in 5 years it will be different. in the 15 years of dj-ing and organising I saw it happen over and over again... I'm curious what the future brings here... As it is clear in the rest of the world, goa is more and more living. The 10 year Suntrip goa-tour was a much bigger succes as I could ever hope for. So many countries, and not 1 party failed so far... And this is clearly opening doors for more and more organisers and people... It's again a global thing while it was a scattered scene for years! Thanks to a few SUPER motivated and trance loving people like Ine, Lord Flames, Stevo,... who started the goa-scene in their country, alone!!! Actually, I was talking to Tsuyoshi/Prana yeserday, and influenced by the new goa-generation and the parties he did (like here in Belgium) he will revive the RTTS parties soon! So, goa is alive and kicking, on a global scale, which is amazing

For me it is all goa-trance too, I never use the words new/old school when I play or write about it It's all goa-trance, some with more modern production
-
Around 1800 only goa-psy-trance... I have around 200 extra acid/normal trance cds as well, and over 2000 classical music vinyl... but I didnt really count them for this poll

Azriel - Akane Still Dreaming is SUCH a masterpiece too... I remember, listening to it every morning while walking to Santiago de Compostela... it gave me a good feeling for the day, like a ritual

There was a 100% goa event last week where I and Dimension 5 and others played... A pitty you missed it! There are some scarce goa events, but you have to go to the local goa-shop to discover where and when or contact Masafumi Hoshida from Amakusa Records

Contacted already and I discovered Denshi Danshi means: "electric men" in Japanese by the way

Thanks for the feedback... this is our way to say thank you!!! also, this will be a digipack for once. Simply, because the triple cd will be 93 grams like this, which means we can send it to our fans for only 3.5€ instead of 6.9€ (which is for +100 - 350 Grams)! win win situation I think Only a few more weeks to go! Samples will be up this week I guess
