Imo the remaster is great... but of course the mastering is more "modern", the kick is a little sharper etc... so well, it's about taste I guess... Check youtube?

For me the most expensive buy ever was Transwave - Hypnorhythm in mint condition for 60€... And I have no regret untill now its the only time I paid 50+€... Mostly patience is your biggest friend when you want cheap cds, but some cds simply never show up

The idea is really cool indeed... There was something like this a long time ago as Fabien said... But it takes a lot of work to manage it, and a lot of contribution, and is mostly the biggest problem... But the idea is cool as anyone can write their opinions and extra info... Like that it is an active thread, and not like Wikipedia etc static... So go for it and see what it gives

Both picked up in a second hand store in Paris... Prices must have been around 150€... But that's a long time ago, now I prefer to trade

Well... They remixed them, but made them less good (more modern sounding imo) while the Etnica rmxs of those tracks are probably even better (more psychedelic!?) then the originals all imo of course

I think is a highly personal thing to call a set "the best live set ever" For me it must be Etnica's live in Athens... They remixed all their tracks, my god... On the other hand a Khetzal and Ra set gave me the same goosebumps... Ah well

It won't be this year... But he hopes to be ready "soon", which means... he takes the time to work on the album untill he is ready, and there is no deadline for that! But it will be 2012

I think it has to do with mathematics and stubborness... - Don't forget electronic music is pure mathematical... And it is proven that girls have a less mathematical mind then men... (don't forget, orientation etc is mathematical too) In the Greek times, music was not "art", but mathematic. Because men have a more mathematical mind, they are more attracted to electronic music... (theory 1) - Second influence: Men have more obsessions. 89% of all big collections in the world are collected by male beings... To make electronic music you need some obsessive behaviour... Sitting hours, days and days behind a pc... Dreaming about that stupid music program at night etc... (theory 2) Those 2 together makes the main reason imo

If this music sounds like Afgin... well, then I am Mickey Mouse... I know the hype of today is "darker" goa trance, but that doens't mean that some melodies in a goa-trance (!!) album makes it happy pappy morning trance... I can asure you, nothing Afgin/Ap like on this release... More melodies as Arcana for sure, but embedded in acidic/darker atmospheres.

Musicalwise I am super happy about this album, it has more melodies as the first album, but that's called evolution... And I can asure you guys, it won't be Astral Projection style, it is more psychedelic and the melodies are very much different... well, as you probably know the artists have the freedom to like the artwork-style they like... It was always like that, and it will always be like that at Suntrip... Freedom in creativity you know... Only the compilations are in the "house-style". And soon we will make a new compilation Ah well, judge for yourself once you hear it... To be released in 4-5 weeks!

I talked with him a few days ago, and he just made a new retro track that will be released on Timo's new label (Dimensional Records), he may produce more, and in that case, I'm pretty sure Suntrip will jump onto it, if they are good enough (but the man knows what he is doing, héhé)

Waiting the most on Ra, Crossing Mind & E-Mantra But I hope to hear a new album of Derango soon as well, just as more ambient from CBL!
