They always want to update their stuff to their actual standard and feelings, the same has been done in this track, but the big melodies etc are still there, and still the same, don't worry It's an up to date remix! @ Jon Coco: woow, you see alot in the painting, cool... The idea was actually (for me) that you see some drops (the white dots) fallen on a glass plate while the sun is still shining (the red colour), the lines in between give an accurate feeling to the second title: "light in motion" But well, like usual with art, it's free for everyone's opinion! I got them via some site early 2000, and since then several tracks were often part of my dj sets, even today Fantastic music! If you would still create such stuff today I would release it straight away!

I answered this kind of topic already 10 times at least... To make it short: - have the old school groups the same structures somehow? Yes - Do they all use the same sounds? no What's the point in releasing goa trance today? - I love that music, simple. I would still listen to it and try to release it even if I am the last man on earth loving it - I think there IS a difference between artists (Filteria sounds the same like Ra, like Goasia or like Ka Sol?) - is music dead after 10 years? NO (classical music has been made for 300-400 years, and STILL, they use the same structures and elements and instruments and sounds) I wan't to make a deal with you, to prove it's not all the same, give me samples of 10 new school groups, and I swear I can hear immediately which group it is in most cases (the same with the old school groups btw)

I talked about this with a dirigent this weekend, and he said there are some similarities, because of the melodies playing with eachother, but he also complained about the lack of rhytm/changes, he thought al 4/4 rhytms are boring... He understands it is hypnotic like that, but had problems to find it interesting after more then 5 minutes because of that
