well, it sounds pretty damn old imo... It sounds rough, and not subtile compared to todays ambient, no nice transitions, and not so warm/full sounds... only track 4 sounds really nice... Track 2 was even terrible imo...

This cd I had in a package with (except of this cd) only psy trance, so I will check it out now...

First track is Cyan, nr 4 of Beast from the East if I'm not mistaken The second track I know vaguely, I think it is from Ptzatzot 3... Nitzhonot for sure!

I can confirm, it IS Ra The tracks are all finished now... For people that love more floating deep "spiritual" goa trance It will sound like a mix between "D5 - Secon Phaze" and "Ra-To Sirius"

The first cd has more various styles this time, the first track is more melodic acidic night style, 2-6 pure dancefloor stuff, more massive, this time more Transwave style for sure instead of Etnica, lots of fat and uplifting melodies (ARtifact, Ajna, SHakta), Afgin is more blisfull astral projection like goa and Ethereal is more softish deep goa... If you are for the more softish deep stuff the Ra upcimong album will 100% be your style... Cd 2 has some danceable tracks as well btw (Aes Dana, Asura)

it is THAT track... I did an ambient/Downtempo party last weekend in BE, and I mixed that Golgotha track with some Vangelis on the party, it fits perfectly... Pure film music indeed

well, of course, but that's a part of the deal I guess, bring cds to the people instead of bringing people to the cds...

well, not sure of that, I know ALOT of people with an IPOD, and original cds... They rip them for the IPOD, so they have music on the streets, but at home they listen to music... And maybe it's just here in Belgium, but more young people then EVER before buy goa trance cds, and I'm serious about that! On the other hand a good digital download platform is needed indeed, but that doesn't mean cds will become useless... It can perfectly co-exist... I think only mp3s/Wav/FLAC, whatever has some serious problems if it would exist alone... And that's quality control... too many amateurs spreading their music, which means a total overflood of bad mp3s/WAV, and after a while people will not see anymore what is good and what is not... Cds are needed in the future imo When you have a job, and lots of work, you don't download tons to listen, and then delete and check again etc... you buy the things you know you will like Or maybe I became grumpy

ah... Good old RTTS compilations (Deep trance & Tribal beats and The Chakra Journey) managed to give scratched cds as well because of their terrible packing... Never saw a more unlogic way of packaging cds...
