Ive never heard people speak of him as much as they speak of simon posford ,taking psynews as a benchmark. Infact i just discovered that psychaos = joti sidhu , i had no idea. i always thought of joti as full time into full on. I consider him underrated compared to posford who i think is far too overrated. having not heard of his album 'cause and effect' mosdef makes him underrated. he deserves a lot more credit than he gets.

What a fine goa artist. Very underrated tho. Whatever i have heard by joti sidhu (the name sounds very indian) is fantastic. I was going through the distance to goa and destination goa series. Didnt read through the topic but swayzak and high contrast are pretty good. a little housy but it has moments of techno sprinkled here and there. If anybody have swayzak's snowboarding in argentina , hit me up.

+1 i've noticed when people talk of goa (not the ones that are hardcore goa freaks) they usually are referring to psytrance or its other variants like full-on or darkpsy. so i wont be suprised if redington was referring to the evolved goa sound. artists like derango , psykovsky , ghreg on earth ,gappeq and silent horror definitely fit the bill (hardcore dark stuff)

Loads of laughter & ball of gum are spectacular as well. Its grown on me completely and now i can easily say its one of the best that 2008 will have to offer.

kinda hard to disagree on that one a few more albums that come to mind that are almost all killers: silicon sound - pure analog audialize - wanted ghreg on earth - sigilweaver

I think this is a really classy album. There are a few weak tracks on it (track 4 for eg) but that really doesnt matter. An album cannot have all killers no fillers. This is going to work on the dancefloor (whether outdoor or indoor) like a charm. Tracks 1,2 , 7 and 8 are my favourite . The subtle grooves and melodies are shweeeet! I didnt get blown away or anything but i have to say that artelligent is mosdef a contender for best full-on this year along with zen mechanics and digicult. Only time will tell which one wins
