  1. does etnica do old school live performances still? (I'd definitely hope so ) I at least can't hear anything old school about their newest music... Wouldn't it be logical for them to play music they like (their new music)? But Anoebis is right. Under no circumstances should one break an oath. Respect and trust between people are big things
  2. money, material, money, material I wish I could one day find the state of strength to abandon these things
  3. I might be a broken record repeating myself but... Paradise Connection - Portamento man is this track magical... full of love!
  4. I don't see that I have the right to make any judgements towards anyone, even if I can't realise the motives and morals behind people's actions. I'm all in favour of sharing however. If the hypothesis is, that there's something you can do to spread goodness without creating any negativiness, why not do that? People should forget their lousy excuses for selfishness.
  5. I think I saw "BICP" album for 20 pounds... yeah, http://search.ebay.de/search/search.dll?cg...nics&category0=
  6. Yeah wasn't tribute made in 1993? man were etnica always ahead! (not anymore though )
  7. You can send that track to mee 2

    Rotating fields

sure it is they made a release called "etnica vol.1" http://www.discogs.com/release/75249 that's quite a strong release even. I wonder why it wasn't properly made cd...
  9. true that's damn well made album, they still wanted to prove something back then. =) much better than nowadays derangos... would now be the time for: " "

    IDM

I like IDM too. Very good "genre" at its best. My favourites are the group "Plaid" and the label "Toytronic"
  11. His "BICP" album is surely one of the highs in psytrance genre. Some mindbending stuff he made.
  12. Sun Electric's album "Present". Quite fresh even today, ten years after the release. There's better crystallic epic melodic downtempo out there though..
  13. I must say I didn't quite enjoy Cinos' "balancing comments" either that much. However I can't really say he was wrong. I got no absolute arguments against negativity. So it was fascinating to discuss with someone so radically different. I guess the place owner does what he thinks is the best.
  14. the tracklist looks faan-tastic! I'll check it out soon...
  15. I'm listening to Tangerine Dream. It's not that much to my liking. The sounds are a bit too same all the time, no variation. I guess this was the limit in 1970s (or not, Jarre made some fab stuff! )
  16. isn't MFG's Illumination very "emotional" too? and so is hallucinogen and transwave too, maybe the way they represent the euphoria is a bit different. (man, you just can't say transwave's MDMA (nice word play btw ) or Hallucinogen's shamanix isn't fierce!) now playing... nothing... fixing... underhead - le p'tit matos not as good as ukiro says it is... ( ) but not bad either!
  17. yes, the best track from MFG in my mind. etnica - nice toy (oh, we follow the "best track from x" fashion, nice)
  18. Aavepyörä - Just Before Sundown the quality is pretty much the same with original cd and burned copy. however, it's nice to support good artists and the artwork is quite to my liking too!
  19. I've thought to check out what's scozbor about. unfortunately I'm so lazy to dig up new music at the moment. maybe something from library at most. you know mushie, I compromised a bit with the age policy thing and made the application too. I got answer that I was too young, just as I thought. my explorations will take place with my own judgement then I guess.. I'm listening to koneveljet's release from last year "hoax". It's breakbeatish electro with some nice other spicy elements added. But I really don't like the slower tracks that much... they really rocked when I saw them live (with eat static). BoOm!
  20. I'm listening to disco! ....tron by legowelt. I always listen to legowelt. I can't be arsed to find new electro. Maybe there's no need.
  21. indeed. it's taste what "hits" you the most. there's no objective value to this. but on the side note, it's happy if you've found something that touches you :]
  22. this is indeedy just marvellous. texas faggott really pulled it as gay as they could and the result is phenomenal. this is the holy grail of suomi saundiieh.
  23. I went to library to borrow some history books and decided to look for some music also. There's always some fascinating stuff there! right now I'm testing what this k-klass - universal is abouthh! I really enjoy that "raw" synth sound of the 90s beginning. oh and cheesy "don't stop moving" vocals are a must.
  24. dude that happened to me to when I tried to score some rare vinyls (for very cheap even) better luck next time hey and I'm sure you can get koxbox's "the great unknown" for less than 10 dollars too. I've never bought anything from ebay that's over 10 dollars, except ubar tmar's "fusion". (and I've still gotten some goodies )
  25. I think sharing things in digital form is absolutely wonderful. There's no pollution when there's no material form of the music. And it also gives many people chance to hear music they'd otherwise miss! I wouldn't have heard all those obscure old goa 12 inches if it wasn't for sharing. Sharing... what a wonderful word. giving, taking, sharing... yes, yes, YES!
