  1. *checking the HD* well I could mention... rotor + (ehm... dunno the genré!) this is what I got: rotor + - aileron very nice, and different music indeed! hexstatic as good as eat static they make brilliant ehm... electro/breakbeat/leftfield stuff!
  2. Hmm... JR has some psychedelic twisting done I agree. Let's say I should have added that one then. Now everyone's happy. U haven't heard Haltya? May I reply with a sentence that americans use to almost any situation: 'ou-mai-gaash!' Check out this... it's mad stuff! Equal to Koxbox's 'Dragon Tales' in my bijaatch'd opinion Hmmm... to add Mushiemans or not? The eternal question I decided not to... it's not really extremely psychedelic, more like melodic mushie ehm.. style I'm sure it'll sound like heaven if you take mushies and listen mushies I gotta try out sometime edit: Yes I definitely should've added Shiva Shidapu! I don't like that much 'the album' but I agree it's psychedelic, véry!
  3. just for curiousity, does this 'arghprkl' mean like argh!perkele!? Would fit the picture from a finnish perspective at least
  4. It was véry hard decision between Eat Static/Koxbox for me... but Koxbox was my choice.. but I guess they're really equally good
  5. "Total Eclipse,Juno Reactor,Etnica,Deedrah and Astral Projection" I just can't see them as thé psychedelic stuff of all pyschedelic tasty juice ... I thought about this poll a lot, and I clearly wanted to add only stuff that's based on pure psychedelic madness... if goa trance would be included, or if this poll would be about goa trance, then 50 shots wouldn't be enough for sure! I'd say TE=Goa Trance JR=World Music, Ambient, Techno Deedrah=Earlier works maybe, I could've include it AP=Goa Trance Etnica=Goa Trance that's my view and I know many will disagree but I did the poll the way I think was the best
  6. Hehé of course FSOL isn't in the list... it's not trance really botfb? logic bomb? x-dream? I didn't even thought of logic bomb... ok if somebody really sees them as thé psychedelic act then I guess that's okay dokay I just think it's absurd botfb? Hmmm... I think that's more like melodic stuff than psychedelic... at least 'twin sharkfins' is... okay I'm talking about my own biaaaatched opinion here but I made the poll I decide x-dream? It's more like they're the goodz of dark psy I'd say Seems like Simon is winning this one! I thought that maybe Koxbox but there's too many devoted Posford fans out here it's impossible to beat them
  7. Heh It's simple, you like something and you don't like something. I personally adore beatless ambient, I think it's the only proper way to go if you wanna chill. This psychedelic downtempo music (HUVA Network, Asura, Entheogenic, Aes Dana...you name it!) on the other hand is something I can't understand! Ok, well some are well executed, f.ex. banco de gaia, astralasia... the older stuff in general and I have a soft spot for Shulman too Tastes do differ so dramatically, but there's nothing wrong with that
  8. hmmm... yeah i could have included Deedrah there christiana high life is one of my favs ever!
  9. What I'm looking here is the ultimate mastargh of the psychedelica! And you don't see AP, Etnica, Infected Mushies, Pleaidians etc. here cause they're not all about psychedelia, there's also many melodies in that sort of music and the psychedelic factor isn't maybe that big. Artists that I included have devoted their sound to pure psychedelia... it's psychedelic twisting all the way down baby! I maybe have forgotten some big-timers... if you don't find thé psychedelic distorter from that list you can always post your fav. Yeah and I didn't include any Pink Floyd or something there I'm talking about trance here!
  10. Maybe also Total Eclipse - Access Denied could be worth checking out
  11. hehé it's no biggie! I admit it can be a bit problematic sometimes with a's, ä's, o's. ö's... But you really did a good review on a véry nice album, that's what matters.
  12. I'm taking a wild guess as always, Elysium? EP made some tribal stuff back in the days
  13. haha it's so funny when you're talking about 'tärinät', which in finnish means shakings, cause the real name of the album is 'tarinat' which means stories
  14. Can't say I've heard (didn't sound good either, sorry!)
  15. Only melodic trance I've liked is from Platipus. And maybe Fragma and Dune have some nice tracks too
  16. no hard feelings I didn't see it as joke but hey, different ppl have different jokes I understand
  17. He should probably take a break since his recent stuff hasn't been anything else than mediocre... Hal - Twisted and Hal - TLD are from another galaxy when compared to f.ex. GT4 comp track... Simon should stop making music if his not inspired anymore... that's what I think edit: total massive ownage of page 3!
  18. just came to my mind... Planet B.E.N.! He released the awsóm 'Trippy Future Garden' cd and few good singles but haven't done anything proper after that! A Shame!
  19. haha okay calm down mate! To me it sounded quite dark and I just shooted a random arrow nothing more! I'm not a hüge dark psy digger, it's not my area, so I just throwed an artist there. No need to get angry! I'll probably stop guessing now... this game's not fün!
  20. I dunno but I'll still make a wild guess, Dark Soho?
  21. haha! hey knock it out brothas! BOTH Sandman and Oforia are big timers you can't argue about that... when talking about Sandman, he is (was) one of the best dark psychedelic trance producers... totally smashing singles, 2 well made albums... big timer indeed! And Oforia aka Ofer D. ...well not a small timer... Tandu, Pigs In Space and the first album as Oforia are gems! they guy has done music no-one else can't copy even remotely! I say big big biig!
  22. wish I'd have been there! <3<3 looked pretty nice indeed! and yeah sure sounded quite nice... though it's hard to judge just from a 2 min clip but hey trävelörgh thx anywayzz!
  23. not a bad one for sure! .. but this time there's something to critisize! I think there wasn't enough variation in that track... no build-ups into climaxes... or enough twisting...indeed there was missing a ) climaxes b ) changing of tempo I really like when you get suddenly véry slow... and bassline... gone... and then... BOOM! it fu*king explodes! yummy! if artist does that it's something that always makes a track more interesting It's a good track but little too repetitive... well well, you got so much talent that I guess I'll be hearing some nasty brainfuc*ing in the future!
  24. I checked few out and that space angel was above the rest easily ps. man is that you in your avatar? looks like your on a trip
  25. hey whatta fuck man! i listened it and it's a 3 second piece of digital fart! c'mon!
