Shpongle : The Sixth Revelation :-) Just wonderful ! Shpongle with a new style ... again ! :-) For the ones that still haven't heard it that's more like a mix between Shpongle "Tales Of The Inexpressible" style with much more Hallucinogen influences and an awesome idea about the female voice / flute singing together as if the flute was the female voice and vice-versa ... hard to describe with words ! And it lasts for 12 minutes !!!

Hum seems I personally don't have the Electron Wave one ...

Hehe once again ! I'm back from holidays and it seems there's really few reviews to add at this moment ... so if u have sthing new and time to make a review don't hesitate to review it ;-)

Just fixed it, sorry ... I dunno why, but the PHP script file sometimes writes reviews on itself ! That problem won't exist anymore on the version 2 anyway ...

Forgot : "extremely difficult" is for the current version :-) I won't be able to rewrite more than 1000 html pages (cause no review page is in php as you might have noticed -> none is dynamic) :-)

It's extremely difficult to achieve, but might be feasible in the future version of the site, as all infos will be in a database -> all can be accessible via SQL queries.

Pure shit ... hehe joking ;-) Probably the best comp this year ! My favourites are this awesome Logic Bomb Track as well as the Shpongle one which is sooo original ! Love that effect on the flute/female singer and the sudden increase of BPM as transition between the 2 parts of this Track to go from Shpongle to Hallucinogenic style :-) The only Track I don't love is the Absolum one ... but it's not bad anyway ! Then there is this idea to combine all Tracks through a story about this mystery of the thirteen crystal skulls ... THAT'S WHAT I CALL a good way to make an interesting comp : make the artists on it work their Tracks on a same theme :-) Rating : 8.5/10

Yes that's a pity but nevermind ... thx for the precision Johan :-) You guys made a really good work on that Track ! Maybe you can enlighten us about the 7 missing Revelations of these 13 Crystal Skulls ? Did Raja told you something about that ? :-)

Some time ago I listened to "Salva Mea" a lot :-) Really interesting Track imho (particularly the first minutes with violin & the main part), even if I now discovered much better with psy music ;-)

Other point : have you noticed a psychedelic echoing background sample from "Total Eclipse : Freefalling upwards" is used on diffrent Tracks here (Cyberbabas, Logic Bomb) (on the Mystery Of The Yeti 2 comp) ?

BTW : My 2nd favourite : Shpongle, or maybe I should say Shponglinogen )

I completely agree : that Logic Bomb Track is really a BOMB ) The 2nd best one from Logic imho (after Shadow Of The Beast) I was talking to Mars by telephone about something stange : The name of the comp is "The Mystery of the 13 Crystal Skulls". On that comp we have 6 "revelations". I suppose each one represent a Crystal Skull right ? So ... that lets me think ... is a second comp like that incoming, with the 7 missing next revelations ???

Hehe some questions : Has anyone already used that payment option to buy CDs on psyshop.com ? If so, how long did it took them to send the CDs & was there any problem ? Do you know other psytrance commercial sites proposing that kind of payment method ?

We're hoping to propose a "review search by nickname" mode on the futre version of this site (which is still in progress, lots of works to do for Mars) ... I'm sure lots of people will use it :-)

Hehe thx Alien, you could have been much more rude :-) Most of the reviews I wrote in 2000 are much too short actually, particularly early 2000. At that time my aim was to start the reviews section with around 100 albums/compils, so I could not review them with more than 1-3 lines ... I'm personally not taking it as a flame war start, can be nice to know what people think of your reviewing style (in order to improve it), provided that it's argumentative and stays non-aggressive :-)

In order of "urgent need" ) -Hallucinogen for sure ) -Space Cat -Shpongle -Infected Mushroom -Pleiadians ! -Transwave -Logic Bomb -Psysex -MFG -GMS + Alien Project -Total Eclipse (not sure at all as I've been told their style completely changed) ??? -Astral Projection (not sure at all after that "In The Mix" big mess imho ...) ???

At this moment 3D Vision + TIP World for sure :-)
