  1. He'll probably just warn me, reger, or worse, ban me. :D

  2. yeahp, Ill rather wait for 2 years than artists just producing on a conveyor belt
  3. well, I am not looking forward to it, or keeping hopes up, because I dont want to be dissapointed. If they indeed release something that I love, then I will be more in love in the end and if not, I wont be dissapointed, right?!
  4. Nothing from your list either, and the ones that I am looking forward to are not classed as Psychedelic releases, so I wont post them Sorry Edit here: X-Dream and Eat Static EDIT 2 lol, I didnt see Ace on your list either... oh well, dyslexia rocks!
  5. My first thought was B O R I N G as well, but ive had it on the headphones quite a bit now, and I must say that I am getting into it. I am going to review this piece very soon, and I hope DP does as well From a first listen it had 2/10 from a weeks listen it had 5/10 at the moment its a 6/10 which is interesting, since I felt the same for the new Koxbox album, and now I love it
  6. I say, get both of them, ship one to me: http://cgi.ebay.com/KORG-POLYSIX-Vintage-A...tem120075927836

nemo, what will be your response, remember, it must be witty and you must crush him! go to charlies profile and do him :D!

  10. Here is an OLD article, that also mentions a couple of headphones: http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/dec03/arti...gheadphones.htm
  11. http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/jan07/arti...gheadphones.htm says that it was published january 2007 So its not online... but I am sure I read it in another issue
  12. www.soundonsound.com had a very nice article about this pretty recently. let me see if they have it online... if not I have to dig out the mag
  13. When I have a gig, I demand the strobe to be OFF during the entire gig, it makes me dizzy like hell, and I feel sick. I also have epilepsi in the family, so I dont want to stress it too much Other than that, I think its a cool effect, but soooooo 90s!
  14. If its purely a compilation, there is no doubt about it, it should be unmixed. I hate mixed compilations to be honest, if I want a good mix, I go and download a good mix or I get a global underground mix
  15. If only I had Logic Pro, that would be a statement that would be true
  16. Wow, that was quite some compliment there!!! Thank you a bunch! I have planned something for the Eskeemo Knights, now that I have the mac, live versions to follow once I have teh time and energy Thanks a lot! Nice review indeed, thank you very much for taking the time to go in depht like you did! The tribe of frog track was indeed made just before a party, and it was recorded live while I was playing a long. It was one of their parties in Bristol Comparing to POF is too much, POF records had much much higher quality (damn, i am such a self critic!) PM me about the FLAC versions Thanks a lot, and there is much more to be shared in a very near future! Reading all of you guys makes me think that maybe I should continue this project, and maybe I will. The future will tell!
  17. I have changed plans, but it takes for me to buy another desk, so it has to be the way it is now (like I remodelled it) its a Behringer DDX 3216 The novation will NEVER leave my desk, ill rather remove the mixer to be honest
  18. No, but if you would read up, these artists, they were travelling to goa, and making parties there for a long time. Basically, a party in goa played trancey music back then, and this music mixed up with old psychedelic influences, and became goa trance. So, it doesnt matter if the artists were Indian or not For me it all started with Eat Static around 1990-1991 (IMO of course)
