  1. Nah, I think it pretty much ended up like this:
  2. That might be so, I havent really tried it, as I dont own it. Send me a legit copy, and I will do
  3. Yes, as Colin says, be very careful. Make sure that you make a BACKUP of your old registry before you tamper with it!
  4. Colin, I PM'd you instead, dont want this discussion right here, right now..
  5. Yeah, it was cracked for Cubase but not for Protools.... there is a cracked version aparently for Protools LE, but I tend to want to own my sequenzer, so I havent even looked at it hehe... I dont do piracy Anyways, I am not recommending Pro Tools m-powered here to anyone... I think you should go to a music shop before you decide ANYTHING... because it might not be for you Now im gonna go and do some tutorials and play around with it...
  6. I didnt say that No pro as in ALL of them, I did leave a bracket, the BIG ONES? Anyways, sorry you misunderstood what I said.... Im just so tired of paying 800 euros for a product so full of shit that I am never gonna use, and then I find out that the CRACKED version works better... hows that for irony... ffs! EDIT, and both Logic (MAC) and Cubase (Steinberg) Claim them to be mastering suits... so.... say again? EDIT 2, I also bought this for another reason, and that is because im gonna do some extensive vocal and drum recording over the next year for another project.
  7. Nope, as with Cubase, it has a dongle, but the dongle doesnt seem to hold more than an authorization, and nothing as complex as the Cubase dongle... I doubt it will EVER be cracked though.... considering its a DAMN good product, 250 euros is NOT so very much... Cubase is 700 and I think Logic even more.... and you pay for features that you will NEVER use
  8. Yes that is true, but it does have midi, softsynth, and virtual effects support, which seems to be pretty extensive... so I wouldnt say its just for the recording artist... I need to get more into it though.... its completely diffrent from my way of thinking now... (10+ years of cubase hehe)
  9. Ben, Thank you very much for your review of the mix, I never thought someone would actually take the time to make this kind of nice review.... but it proves to me once again, that you are a very in depht person, and that you think about what you hear. Cheers matey :)
  10. But what about Pro Tools? Its available for both, and from what I hear, it doesnt matter what platform, it performs equally good on both... so what is the problem with Cubase for Mac, and Logic for PC? I think emagic made a big mistake, and I think that the development for Cubase for MAC is poor.... ProTools will always win in the end.... NO pro mastering studio and NO pro recording studio uses Logic or Cubase (The big ones, and thats a fact!)... now ask yourself, WHY?!
  11. All time favourites are: 1. Juno Reactor (All the times ive seen them) They simply fucking rock everyones socks off ALWAYS 2. Exquisite Corpse (Aka Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia), but this was with his girlfriend, and some really weird tekk/psy/punk stuff that I never heard from them on ANY album later on....
  12. Seriously, I need to go home and listen to this one: http://www.discogs.com/release/43826
  13. First Eskimo steals my Eskeemo and know these my Knights! Thank good im no longer using Eskeemo Knights anymore
  14. something on the radio in the background of a phonecall...
  15. Hey Jannis, I like this MUCH more than your filteria stuff!!! You have to start an acid project as well though!!! For me its hard to chose which one is better; Because on one hand I love chopped up choires, and on the other hand I like the darkness of the other track..... Id say the 1st track is better than the 2nd though, but damn only because of those damned choires Im such a sucker!! Anyways, lets start an online acidtrance project you and me
  16. http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/ProT...red71-main.html Thats the page for the M-Audio version of ProTools, which is not very diffrent from ProTools LE
  17. Protools is made for PC yes. Check out the version that is available for PC/MAC and is compatible with A lot of the M-Audio soundcards here: http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/ProT...red71-main.html
  18. Oh yeah, thats for sure of course.... We have however 4 professionals for the bar already, but there is always need for extra persons that will be able to get new crates of beer, collecting mugs and bottles (Plastic of course) and so on. A bar is not just the people serving the liquids, its a lot more But yeah, again, you are right.
  19. You are not the first to ask me though, and I have some pictures of me when I was "Thinner" and there I really look like Ed, they say.... they also say that I look like the singer in a band... I cant remember what band though hehehehe... The festie MIGHT be the next summer, but since we are only planning at the moment, and we want it to be near perfect, we might bump it to 2008. Better to take your time, and plan things good, than haste and make a so and so good festie
  20. No, it is me on my Avatar (im good looking huh?) And no, the crate of beer you get AFTER you cleaned them... we dont want you to puke all over the toilettes do we? EDIT: This is Edward...
  21. Yes that is true, that you will find macs in ANY of the good and big production studios. You will however also find pc's..... Which is better? For me, since PC doesnt have Logic anymore, MAC's are better, since Logic is clearly the better music production software (FOR ME)... I got very tired of Cubase lately, and I can NOT afford to buy a MAC, so I got myself a ProTools version for PC instead (250 euros)... I hope its going to be a lot better and stabler than Cubase. Thing is, that Cubase is a very good program, it has a lot of features, and you can do almost ANYTHING that you can do with Logic, but its just not as stable. I am an owner of SX3, but I am NOT running the version that I bought, I am using a version that I downloaded from some site... why? Because it performs way better without that FUCKING protection dongle! Enough rants, I would say, Macs are better, because they are way more stable when it comes to Audio Processing, and MAC has Logic... Someone else might say diffrently though... I think what it comes down to as well is taste... and ways of working... etc etc
  22. The problem with that, is that you need a Digidesign soundcard, so even if you get a copy of Protools, you couldnt run it However, if you own a M-Audio soundcard, you can get the M-Audio version of Pro Tools, which is almost exactly the same as the Protools LE....
  23. I have to withdraw that comment, as it is a TDM, and I dont have a TDM DSP
