Wrong, its the Pump Panels remake of Confusion, originally written by New Order. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLwrdp8RV5A thats a cheapscape remake by The Warp Brothers of Pump Panels original remix (and is not what is played in the movie, it is the Pump Panel Remake). However this track does not actually rip the acid line from that remake, it uses one of the Presets in a VST Synth called Sylenth1. Tells me a lot of the creativity of Mr. Aladdin. Listen to the above track and compare to the Aladdin, you will hear that the sequence is significantly different

Yes, that one. Good shop, both downloads and physical format. For downloads only I would check stuff out on Beatport, they are not the cheapest, but they sure have one hell of a catalog

What music are you listening to right now?

please just shut your trap. I am not suggesting to illegally share anything, I am suggesting to LISTEN to the album before getting it. I downloaded it, listened to it, bought TWO copies. So, get lost kid!

Well, take Blue Room for an example, built on the money from B&W Loudspeakers. So there is nothing to laugh about, there are labels out there that are built on someone having too much money. SunTrip (as I see it) was built on hard work and dedication! So that is MAJOR respect! -
I would try a download before you buy it! I personally LOVE it, but it is nothing to do with Psytrance, so you might wanna check it out before you buy it.

Jewel cases break and they get replaced. You know how many jewel cases get produced as well as covers for burned cds? And even if you do not throw them away, they still get produced, and a LOT of them get produced every day. More than computers parts, and that I think is a fact So the argument is, if you think hard about it, not lame at all. Since we DO have alternatives to PHYSICAL media, and COULD reduce the production of Jewel cases And creating -what looks like almost bigger than a jewel case- case for those sticks is just dump. They should produce a way smaller shell for it at least, if any at all. But as I said before, I do not see the point in these sticks at all, when I can just download wav/mp3 directly from the recordshop. If labels started to go against their distributions, we could also reduce costs for music. Enough labels within the same genre should get together and start their own webshop, which would need little to no maintenance at all in these days, since a lot of things can be automated. (I am talking about digital media). I am pretty pissed off with the prices of wavs on Beatport for instance, they could be WAY cheaper. I really like what Basilisk is doing, and I hope more will follow... I know I am. -

I wrote a lot, and I love you guys, and I wont continue. The whole music industry is wrong, and you are following the standards of that industry. I wont however try to get further into an argument, cause I will most probably hurt your feelings and be your UN-Friend if I write what I think about the whole thing. Hope you find another way of thinking when it comes to distributing your music, a way that will gain YOU and your ARTISTS more... And I am not talking about money in particular. -

1. No, I do not have a car, and will never get one. Yes I eat meat, twice a week, from an ecologic farmer... are we going to start talking about soya and shit now, and how much actually that is... WHAT EVER!!! Think about it, and do not try to even start an argument, cause I will destroy you on that argument! Has nothing to do with this discussion either, cause we are talking about PHYSICAL MEDIA OF MUSIC, and so far I have not seen any fishdisks. I bike and take trains and have done for ALL MY LIFE. When going to work, we HAVE TO take a car, cause there is NO OTHER WAY of getting there (There are no bus nor train connections). Most of the days though, I do take the train, and then bike the rest of the 10km, depends on the weather though. I wanna quit working there, cause I think its pathetic that they do not organize something for the people, like buses! Neither does this have to do ANYTHING TO DO with our discussion. Maybe it is my fault to bring things like that up. 2. I can not enlighten you. You have to enlighten yourself, think about alternatives, think about what is good for the world. People will not buy less of your music if it is good. The fans you have, will be your fans. Marketing, does that ring a bell to you? I am sorry, but why dont you start to think about a distribution COLLECTIVE or something?! A couple of labels working together, hiring some people that will do the job for your lazy asses. A lot better than some asshole distro that abuses you! Or go 100% digital. More money for the artists, more money to make more records! -

Well, when I moved to Spain, I moved to a FLAT, and we made sure that the house is warmed WITHOUT oil. You can do loads of those things And you just have a bad concious, cause you know you are a polluter, AND a record label owner! The argument that you do not have time is bad as well, and I do not really have to get into details why do I?! Your argument is valid only for one thing, and that is that you LOVE cds, and that you wont change standards, cause its comfortable like that! Right?! -

Then start selling your stuff online. And come ON, distributor, have you not learned ANYTHING about the music industry?! Stupid argument, there are not as many computers out there as there are cd's and covers are there?! Lets say that everyone in the world owns 2 computers, and everyone in the world owns 20-30 cds, which is more plastic?! I can understand you want to take the piss, but you failed! Shopping trolly, does that ring a bell to you?! More and more people are using them, and especially in Spain at the moment, cause here the companies starting taking money for plastic bags, cause they do not want that you use them I probably own the most vinyl on this board, and probably own the most music all over on this forum, and I am not proud of how much plastic I have around me, trust me. But its never too late to start re-thinking, right?! So, Psytones, WHAT ARE YOU doing to keep our planet clean, and what are YOU doing to make the music industry better?! Oh yeah, NOTHING, sorry I knew the answer. Nipwitt! -

In my experience, people that download, are people that would not be able to buy anyways, cause they do not have any money at all to spend on music. And yeah, I understood your question, and I am not going to defend myself, as I do not think that you meant me nor any other digital dj I have a LOT of friends that download music pirated, they even collect it, but what they LIKE they buy, and I think that is the fundamental thing here. I collect mp3s, pirated as bought ones, I am not going to deny that! However, I do not play anything in my mixes that I do not own. Sometimes I buy ONE tune of an EP online, cause I do not like the rest, but I do download the other tracks as well, so I have the complete release (I guess I want things to be complete, even if I do not like what I am listening to?) It is a balance, as I see it, download whatever you want, but if you USE it to mix, BUY it! I do not see anything bad in downloading Previews either, I hate listening to samples, and if there was no pirated mp3s, I would not have bought half of what I did buy -
Music Making & DjIng? Ill ask what Mars thinks. If not there are really nice forums out there already with almost all the answers covered. I can strongly recommend www.djtechtools.com for the digital dj (Check out their forum, its full with cool stuff)

I am not using plasticbags, we have a shopping cart and as for Vinyl, I do not buy NEWLY pressed vinyl anymore, stopped that completely, but some rarities I still buy, and I do not feel bad about it, I can not change the past, but I can change the future Anyways, you all just stick to your precious little stupid cds, and I will be part of the future EDIT: I hope that compact stick will die out faster than the minidisk did -

The Toxines that are creating when doing a CD is for SURE higher than when creating a HDD, AND a hdd you can fit more music on than on a stinking cd... So, take 1.000 cds, thats around 190 GB (give or take, depending on quality etc etc) of music... what do you think creates more toxic waste? 1000 cds or ONE harddrive?! (FLAC 500 albums on 250 GB) I am sorry, but the CD argument does just not make any sense, actually never has! (just as little as Vinyl, but when we had vinyl, there were actually not really a good replacement (Maybe dat?!) And I already said that the stick is a crap solution I mean what the fuck, create this dumb stick and then make a COVER for it as well?! that is DUMP! -

Stinking Hippies! Do you not know that PLASTIC is bad for the environment!? I really love how people scream ENVIRONMENT and then they buy cds with Jewel Cases cause they love the format and want a pretty picture. One argument more to skip the whole PHYSICAL media for music! -

But they fit more music than you will ever have in your lifetime on cd With a Raid 10 system, you could even assume you will NEVER lose the data either. And if you think that this cute girl is ugly, then I am sorry for you Honestly, a guy I know lost 3000 vinyls and 5000 cds when his house burned down, however the data on his hdd's could be recovered... good thing he had ripped almost all of his collection the years before
