No, their written systems are. Just gotta have 4 different writing systems for some reason.

Japanese is something I want to learn eventually. I started learning the alphabet and some of the sounds years ago but never got anything past that. Now though that I tend to watch more Japanese stuff, it might be helpful to know it. Especially for the Batsu games.

It's like how the joke/humor goes, Psytrance is the most intellectual music genre because of all the lectures you get.

Haha, that's quite funny to read considering how Full-on came to existence.

Hmm, Paprika is a conundrum for me. I enjoyed the film, but I found the ending quite lacking, too sudden, that it didn't feel right with the movie. But otherwise, it was pretty good, especially the music.

Inception was pretty good. I really enjoyed the music of that movie.

Oh it's!....Well then again, I don't know every artist but this preview sounds really nice. Thanks for sharing his stuff, I'll definitely need to look more into his stuff.

Thanks for the feedback. I usually have two thoughts when I see someone commented on my stuff:The first is yay! Some one commented and probably gave feedback. The second thought is, crap. They probably think it's garbage (I tend to be very critical of anything I do even when I know that it is as good as it will get. It gets quite annoying especially for projects for College). But like I said before, thanks for the feedback. It is very helpful as it brings up stuff that I may have not noticed or things that I also think need fixing.

Again, another demo that i put together after wanting to do more with my BS2 and lighter sounds (which did not work out at all as I eventually turned to harder sounds again, but whatever). https://soundcloud.com/deskoch/desysko-sometimes-gotta-be

Awesome! A new album from Proxeeus is something I can't wait for along with GoaTree's and LSD's.

I remember when I first listened to Artifact303, it was so weird (in a good way). It was very intense that I couldn't believe it. Now that I've gotten better speakers in the car, I can't wait to hear it again.

Nah obviously the zunes were the best! (lonely zune user haha). But I really prefer to use my phone over everything else, the ability to manage my music without needing to use a program (aka itunes) is something I really care for. Luckily with the zune, the management and software isn't that bad or annoying.

Your modular synth of choice?

Hearing all these names means nothing to me, haha. But I'll eventually get to know what each one is eventually. But the polivoks (the originals not the modules) are pretty crazy. -

Since this is a topic about modular stuff, what was your guy's first modular piece/gear that you got? I thought for a long time about getting a Pittsburgh to start but ended up not doing so. There's so much stuff out there that it can be mind boggling. -
So I started out on a new track (put the old one on the shelf for now since I haven't touched it in a while and don't have any ideas for it). Pretty much this track is quite influenced by Crossing Mind, but it still needs a ton of work like in the beginning of the track and the sounds in general. Thank you to anyone who gives feedback! https://soundcloud.com/deskoch/desysko-finding-that-perspective

Dragon Twins - Psychedelic Schism (new track)
desysko replied to Djuna's topic in Free Music Promotion
Here are some BS2 distortion on the x0xb0x that I was talking about, the videos aren't that great the audio part is more important: The first one was when I first used the BS2 as a distortion and mainly used the low pass filter This one is with the band pass filter (and better melody in my opinion )- 13 replies

No I haven't. I have been on an anime movie craze lately and try to make some time to watch some good films that I haven't watched yet. I'll definitely add Angel's Egg to the list, especially since I like philosophical and slow moving.

Gosh dang it guys stop posting this stuff, it makes me jealous haha. But seriously really interesting stuff. -
Glad that you are still in the scene at least and producing stuff.
-
Also, I'm still glad that those links you've made years ago still work.
-
Back to this topic, is there any information on them anywhere? I ask since the file that Richpa sent me has Atypus' album which doesn't show up anywhere else. Were they more of a Scene type group or just didn't advertise themselves?
-
Haha, when you put it in that kind of perspective it's really funny. The first post made was in 2008, that was almost 7 years ago now.

At first I've always wanted a new album from AP, but as time went on so has my wish. It's not that I don't like their stuff, for I still like their old stuff but they have dragged it for too long for me to care anymore. Besides, the scene has provided with plenty of other artist who have gained my interest.

Congratulations! Babies are such interesting things as they grow up. Being surrounded by a bunch of families with little kids, it's interesting to see how they interact with the world, obvious downside being them being a bit of an annoyance from time to time. But regardless, may your baby grow up to be great and awesome.
