  1. Digital version. 83 tracks including the 3 mixes.
  2. Hi everybody Thanks for being real nice here. Good vibes for a psy trance forum Anyway I don't listen to much dark psychedelic anymore even though I have a good collection of styles. I only now listen to Rockdenashi Productionz (I've the whole catalogue) & Sanaton Records for the forest vibe. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other labels that release similar styles & quality? I particularly like the styles of Khaos Sektor & Necro Psycho (terrible name, great tunes). From Sanaton I like all 4 CDs I've got. Wish they'd release more but quality of quantity. Any similar labels? Thanks
  3. Thanks mate It's been a dream I wish I'd started earlier but better late than never. I think people would happily rent a space with such gear, and I think it's a good chance to tap in to education about synthesis & the production process.
  4. @ Dolmot sorry I'm in no big rush so happy to wait for the potential reissue.
  5. Well he does use a lot of DIY modular gear so thats why it sounds like noodling.
  6. Love a good bit of euro trance. Hasn't been much that impressed me post 2000, kind of like the Goa/Psy scene. I used to have all the Teancemaster CDs but have cut but my collection to my fav series http://www.discogs.com/label/Trance+Traxx If you also enjoy a good bit of 303 sounds their acid traxx series is worth hunting down http://www.discogs.com/label/Acid+Traxx
  7. Currently in my apartment both for production & listening I is Audio Technica ATH-M50. Not great IMO for production but cost effective. They are heavy so I find when I get caught up for more than an hour my neck hurts like hell. Sound quality is good but IMO took about 2-3 weeks to break in so to speak. I find they actually work better with drum & bass, techno & prog house than Goa/psy trance. When I have my proper studio in house set up will buy some Beyerdynamics & a headphone amp.
  8. He's a very nice guy. I'm not a huge fan of his music, I find his bass/kick gets a repetitive for my taste. Definitely not like IM I think. I have enjoyed his music live a few times but for some reason never at home on the 'phones.
  9. Steve Roach has a real nice album made completely with analog modules http://www.discogs.com/Steve-Roach-Possible-Planet/release/503128 Currenrly am having my first eurorack system built by www.equinoxoz.com . A mix of stuff that both Cody from their & I decided upon. It's taking a while as I'm spending $4500 and waiting for some modules to be released to the public. Basically it's a 9u system + a skiff at the bottome that will house every drum module from TipTop Audio (all 808's & 909's). I'm buying myself the new Arturia MicroBrute for Xmas as it will be a fun stand alone synth but also from what friends have said it'll work well as a controller for the system. I then have plans to buold a complete The Harvestman system for my more industrial/quirky projects. Over the next two years I'm building a semi-pro home studio for teaching & also to rent out now that my house is built. Gear list: Hardware: Mac Pro M-Audio 2626 (will upgrade to an RME interface & mixing console eventually). Adam A7x monitora Novation Impiulse 61 midi keyboard Eurorack System 1 (mixed modules) Eurorack System 2 (The Harvestman) Arturia MicroBrute Moog Sub Phatty DSI Prophet 12 Undecided on FX (modular systme will have built in FX modules of course). Moogerfoogers are good buth the Strymon Bigsky Reverb intrigues me a lot. Guitar & Amp (undecided yet). Mayber an electronic drum kit, to be decided at a much later date. Software: Ableton Live 9 Sample packs (currently just both Faxi Nadu packs). Omnipshere possibly some mastering gear if i get around to doing a course on audio engineering etc. that I keep planning but never bother to do. it's a 2 year plan to have all of this. I currently just use software but it's really not stimulating me at all. i just end up making boring commercial stuff that i can sell for advertising. The hardware will definitely stimulate me to make more fun stuff, as I had a big Roland & Korg based studion with my older bro in the 90's but we sold it off to fund our university studies.
  10. Skip that. I just ordered their entire CD catalogue. Couldn't wait
  11. Thanks for replying & not getting shirty at me Looks like some shopping for me to do on Thursday (pay day).
  12. I heard rumors there was some kind of playback error on the CD album? It's always turned me off purchasing it so if someone could please let me know, because if this is a false rumor I'll purchase ASAP.
  13. Really keen for this as I missed the first one. I'll get 2 copies if possible. One for storage & one to listen to. The line up in this contains many names I don't know except for a few compilations so it'll be a blast for sure. Congratulations to all involved & thanks for the hard work. Christmas & NYE will be a super fun party this year for sure
  14. Osom Music & Kamino Records. http://www.osom-music.com/ https://psy-market.com/shop.php?shop=KaminoRecords
  15. Really crazy music on this one and my fav tantrance for sure. I never understood why this didn't get such positive love at the time, but I think it is a very dark & introspective journey compared to the previous ones that had much love and light injected in to them. A true psychedelic trip through sound. Pure love for this release.

    V/A - Pulse 1

I rediscovered this series this year after digging it out of my dusty old box. This is the best for sure, and for me probably the best compilation of the 90's. It's full of such quality & top notch production for that time and stands out even today IMO.

    V/A - Goa Head 10

My favorite Goa-Head. I own up to vol. 16 of the series but this one defined a time in my life where for personal reasons I lived very far from the love of my life with little money & my music was stored with her. I bought this and it was on endless rotation for a very long long time. It had me much warmth and happiness during this time, and so for me it still holds these.
  18. It's just very intense & well structured music that manages to pique my interest more than any other genre. It's not my only music but it's pretty high up there, especially the 90's works as well as some of the neo-goa like Suntrip. I never got in to the whole deep spiritual aspect nor the alternative lifestyle. I was never a big fan of camping festivals in any genre, call me a snob but I enjoy a nice shower, clean toilet and comfy bed after a night of partying. Last time I went to a camping doof it was in Canberra and there was one toilet for the entire 30 hour event, over night someone managed to paint the toilet and entire room with diarreah. It was so bad that dogs were outside it howling & wetting themselves. It was such a nice gig but that just slayed me.
  19. Great compilation, my favorite from this label. The Eat Static track is one of the best Goa tracks I've heard to date!!
  20. Thanks for the positive vibes Draeke, I truly meant no harm just pure excitement got hold of me! The Symbiote EP shakes me to the core with excitement if it's the one from discogs getting a proper work over! The VA will be gold for sure even compared to some gems from Anjuna & Zion 604. Good luck
  21. Was just perusing the Arabesque Distribution release schedule & spotted these: Dat Records Virtuart Sacred Drop EP - TBC CDS DATEP002CD 5060376220094 To Be Confirmed Psy Trance Dat Records Symbiote Symbiote EP - TBC CD DATEP004CD 5060376220100 To Be Confirmed Psy Trance Dat Records Various Artists Analog Trips / Dreams - TBC CD DATCD005CD 5060376220117 To Be Confirmed Psy Trance The EP's look interesting but am super keen for info. in the VA. Maybe 2 CDs? I apologize if I've done something wrong, but as they were listed in Arabesque web site I figured it was public information? Mods, feel free to delete if the label is upset.
  22. Although I had a nice small collection of DAT tapes my oldest sibling had brought back from Goa after being there from '88-'93 the compilation that for me then and to this day is PSYCHEDELIC trance is Tantrance 6. It truly is the no. 1 brain bending compilation & has such a cosmic feel to it.
  23. I loved it when it came out, and it definitely lit up a dancefloor on New Years morning one year over a decade ago when a dj dropped it at sunrise on the beach. Out of all IM's less trancey work this is for me the best they did, and for me this entire album B.P. Empire was the peak of their underground career. It's the only album of their's I have any more, although Blue Muppet is my fav track as it was the first one I heard from them.
  24. Did not get but ordered Nervasystem - "Time Travel". Plan next to do a shop at Suntrip once the next LE cd is out & Mind Reaeind 2. Only things this year that are coming that interest me.
