  1. For me definately Trust in Trance 3, as People Can Fly introduced me goatrance for the first time in my life (i was 10 at a time ) https://www.discogs.com/Various-Trust-In-Trance-3/release/156240
  2. Ionised and Zero definately. Ionised was second goa track I ever heard
  3. 03. 08'52" Aban Don : Journey Through Your Mind This track flashbacks me every time to begining of 2000s when i discovered world of goa in its full. I like this album, Y Salem is also something what catches my ear to attention. Haha even "06. 08'46" Dazzle Pulse : Dog Star" is something that I recall as nice memory... I will add it to nostalgy effect it creates
  4. Yes, you have to check with labels where you released first. You have to know at which terms you gave music there. Second, bandcamp / ektoplazm / facebook / torrent... No pain no gain, if you would not want to fuss yourself with selfpromotion and rely only on stumbling, forget it. Our S&C project even with somewhat promotion didn´t get any heat for years now. As for the labels, you can´t rely only on label´s work either, you have to give your own input so potential fans see that you in fact care about what you do. And interaction with those last mentioned - it´s worth gold, and it´s a process that takes time. In any case, if you have music, don´t leave it lying down, release it. We stuck with tons and tons of unreleased material which could may be a hit back in the 2000s... Don´t make same mistake.
  5. and i almost forgot Narayan, for all the dark souls out there: https://soundcloud.com/narayan_industry
  6. You haven´t seen me in "road rage" mode, it´s pretty irrational and overreacting in full term of it. Couple of times i literally went out to take guys out of their cars, but they had themselves locked in. I would say its pretty irrational if you look at potential consequences. Typically Balkan stuff. But that was before, now i´m older and more calm (Wtf, i read this last sentence couple of times up in the posts ahahahhaha)
  7. I would love to see some Slavic / Nordic influenced psychedelic stuff... Runes and stuff look extremely psychedelic if you ask me! I was stumbling around your work today, even sent you message - hope it goes that direction... Anyways, nice work - i like those small details that you don´t notice on first look, real art indeed
  8. Randomly stumbled upon this gem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f9jzF3ILD0 Original is a gem too:
  9. Our two cents! https://soundcloud.com/s-c-17 https://soundcloud.com/s_c_mixes
  10. Idiot people in road traffic. Period. I still have great urge to get out of car and bang people´s heads for being suicidal idiots. P.S. i just recognized there is more stuff: Selfie stick. When I see it, i have urge to shove it to somebody´s selfie ass ahahahahahaha People who doesn´t freaking know how to say good day, or hello back to you when you greet them - they just plain ignore you. (for example i work in a mall in a store)
  11. Hot Creations, Defected Records... There you can find some really good and catchy deep / vocal house. At least I did. Back ontopic: I see it as, this music is more meditative (read repetative)and not everybody can find its joy in it. Yes, you will find a vast of variety in psytrance genre - but on the surface it all sounds "the same" kicks, machinegun basslines, or at least very similar ones and fast paced tempo. To "surface" listeners this instantly sounds the same. Especially when in goa trance you add some sameish oriental machinegun mellodies. They would have to dig hard to find something more different thatn this - those who bump for the first time into Astral Projection, MWNN or such kinda trance with softer edges can be easily hooked. But "mainstream" psychedelia serves something thats more on the sameish kind of things. Take progressive psytrance for example, god it´s awful how sameish stuff is constantly being pushed in front while some deeper and much better arranged stuff is left buried under piles of garbage being served everyday. Harsh words I know, but it´s true. P.S. Goatrance consists of lots, LOTS of layers - average listener of pop music is used to simple yet well produced stuff. And it has to be short catchy mello, which brains recognize instantly after one listen. What one Croatian pop composer said - "fuck it, i give them kick, bass and one bar mello loop and they wanna simpler stuff. fuck them i´m a musician!" So basically, more layers lesser the audience who can and are willing to even try to listen and digest its complexity.
  12. Mad DMA definately blew me off. I felt like AP early era, bassline and that subtle acid undertake reminded me of AP´s Dancing Galaxy, and he obvioussly was deeply inspired with it. But that´s very good. He did very, very good recall of that kinda atmosphere with Mad DMA. Insta classic if you ask me. And sound wise - guy is top of the Goa production atm I would dare to say. Like i wrote on Facebook, he just added few more latter to climb when it comes to quality of goatrance sound nowdays. just to compare what i meant (pay attention to bassline mello transition and that subtle acid line going somwhere after 0:40 - i recognized it instantly. which is good thing - it´s catchy):
  13. It isn´t a throw away idea for sure. Only problem is that there is almost no tape players or almost no one has it. Saša bought used one couple years ago pretty cheap, but it was pretty hard to find usable one. But idea of making some special editions on tape... Something to discuss!
  14. I love Corona´s bassline a lot, and that mello that first hits in, so freakin oldschool feeling, i just love it! Nontypical GOA stuff, so far as i hear. The Blue also catched my ear, it reminded me of James Holden type of trance, only in psy/goastic fashion - very well done! Oasis caught my ear because it´s an slow stomper with AP like mello, something that I always get caught on. But simplicity of this track is what took me most, not much elements and yet it creates nice flow - progressively going towards the end with small breaks to add some more heat after! Way to go! I will have to throw a more clean listen at home to this (listening to it in pieces here @ work), but I already like most of what i hear. Well measured sound with nice arrangement and mellodies... Looks like a succes!
  15. We are @ Transylvaliens for a gig. So far, except one fest we´re organising in CRO (AlternativeNatureFestival), that would be all.
  16. You tryin´ to force me towards north so we prepare early for compilation, ha Rich?
  17. Good point, something to have on mind for our next physical! So far @ Neogoa we kept same prices, preorder was more like guarantee that you will get your copy, as you know we make ultralimited series. But, anyway like I said, good point to think of for our next releases, we will surely discuss this topic. And to stay ontopic - I´m really glad to see that CD is surviving, Saša and I have some friends from Sisak that are even making conceptual releases on audio tapes, what about that thought?
  18. This is version I discovered today! First version that i have heard was by our Croatian band Putokazi (Roadsigns ) As you see, I´m gonna annoy you on this topic, this is only the tip of the iceberg
  19. Live, this sounds... Nah, you´ll hear it guys - it blasts! Atmosphere this shit creates on big PA is just...
