  1. @psytones Melody at 1.40 of jajo seems close though And if you're thinking of mwnn then you're maybe thinking of this one
  2. @psytones california sunshine - tokyo underground or Jajo (most likely Jajo)
  3. nice to see two of my own picks in there im a bit surprised asia2001 beat hallucinogen, but i can respect it =)
  4. went back to reread this thread and oh man, you guys all have really really fine, aquired taste. its like we are talking about fine wine in this place. amazing. <3 keep em coming for those who hasnt replied yet @Anoebis @Tsotsi dying to know your picks.
  5. haha, thats the album i meant. that was the first mindsphere album i heard, not the first one on suntrip apparantly the second. i got immediate Khetzal vibes, afterall, khetzal opened his album (corolle) near exactly the same way. (Directly into the goodness and similar style of melody) and thought it even might be the same guy at first. but then the production quality hit me and i was like no. this is mindblowingly good! not just musically but technically! but i dont think mental triplex is as good now as on the first listen which is a shame. but objectively i still think that album is among the best suntrip ever released.
  6. yeah, im often wrong
  7. no it doesnt sound like a real track to me tbh =) style.. hmm... progressive "atmos" style groove. judging from the comments in the thread who seem to recognize it though, i guess im wrong
  8. okay. that sounds like anyone making some tunes on the side, and created a loop . and its definitely not 90s goatrance. =)
  9. any working link ?
  10. first realease on suntrip and me hearing it for the first time iw as convinced we had a new king. but ; that was the initlial euphoria. that thats rare, and for that alone, im very iimpressed by his skills. coming back to the music now, is still a wonderful experience but the first time was indeed a mind blown.
  11. that liquid soul track Ive always adored liquid soul. his track global illumination is insanely good.
  12. Chernobyl on HBO. but i guess everyone saw that already. its really REALLY good
  13. That line is more a meme, its from chernobyl on HBO
  14. okay, 5 euro to whoever on here. plus shipping tho Edit : sold
  15. not great, not terrible. 3.6/10.
  16. he may be dead and u making jokes - . - why isnt anyone else worrying ;(
  17. I think it's much more in the mix than master, but certainly it's my belief you can mix a track to sound old school. I've already "decided" that mixing style and production style is what defines either.
  18. Hmm I'm not sure, that seems a bit too subjective. But it's an interesting thought. And I would never had guessed this would be such a hard topic to get to the bottom of. Very interesting thread indeed
  19. last online june 30
  20. at least a couple of tracks, like The Final Passenger. i cant get over how typical Phantasm (but with modern production) it sounds to me. stuff like mindfield as i said but also more: sundog, oood, subcouds... etc. =)
  21. Huh how did I forget pure reality. that was a good remix too hadn't heard before thanks
  22. Lol holy crap, thanks I'll have good fullon for days. Just scrolling thru the tracks I recognize alot of them as being excellent so it looks like a very good list to go through. Padmapani, yes I've heard all his stuff. As you say nothing quite like this. Honestly most the tracks are so good like 4 of them could be the best one. Well no, three. Inner space, analog device and nexus 6.
  23. "General Psytrance" seems a bit stagnant the past days. guess its up to anyone to kickstart it. what u guys think of this guy? i tried searching for topics (and also in my memory, in case i didnt start one already) but couldnt find. his album Pure Analog (2003) is to my ears really really timeless. Its one of those Fullon Albums that just hit everything absolutely right. the best track from the album just has to be Inner Space, but they are ALL good. Theres maybe two songs there that are half decent only, but the other ones, all excellent. and ofc for it to be worthy of discussion i will ask if anyone has any other full on albums that arent cheesy but yet captures that cousin of goatrance that is indeed Fullon.
  24. after now listened to the full album, id say about 60% of it, is new school, and the rest i still claim "New Old School" agree to kinda agree, tsotsi?
