  1. Dude Id pay you in gold for this!
  2. My exact reaction aswell. So many amazing releases from Neogoa on Ektoplazm I didnt even know about!
  3. I have been spending quite some time stalking Neogoa releases ever since I've passed my anatomy finals a few days ago, and I listened to this one too! Tracks 7 and 8 are best. Track 8 is simply amazing! You can feel the warmth of the sun and I smell mandarins for some reason while I listen to this, but that may be the exhaustion taking in. This track is melodic downtempo that just reminds you of hot summer days with a drop of melancholy. I love it. A very unforgetable track! Amazing release!
  4. These are some great points! Thanks for the more statistic input. I didnt really think about that.I basicaly thought that this is the beginning of the second gold age because of the sheer increase in number of quality releases. You're right. This isnt it, but we're getting there. I really do believe that!
  5. I honestly think I would. But Im not gonna say for sure until someone tests me hahah What you are trying to say is that modern goa doesnt have variety and artists personal touch in from of signature sounds, right? In most cases, its true. But neither does oldschool when you actually take it down from its high throne. I would be able to identify a few artists just by sound alone. Pleiadians, Hallucinogen, X-Dream, Astrals cheesy goa and MFG in that case and a few others. Im not pro of course. I think you old ones are trying very hard to nit-pick, not realising that old school isnt really that better, its just that you grew up with it and simply think its best. I love both old and new school. I listen to both everyday and think that some of it can compare in quality and creativity. I just think that those guys I mentioned have a lot of talent and potential, and their art and skill will grow. If they dont make it happen, no one will and goa will die.
  6. I definitely think that this is the beginning of the second golden age! Morphic Resonance, Imba, Proxeeus, Lunar Dawn, Ephedra, M-Run, Celestial Intelligence.... and so many more guys are on f%$*#^ fire! I cant wait to see what they have in store for us!
  7. Im currently pissed of by an amazing track by M-Run "Ethereal Resonator." The track is amazing, my second favorite on the album, BUT... IT ANNOYS ME SO MUCH that he made a crazy ass climax too early into the track and didnt repeat it. Every damn time I expect to hear it again, but nope. Why the hell does one put the most intense part of the track at the beginning?!?! I mean the climax at 2:40~ of the track
  8. You back to doing drugs ap? I agree with Celaripo. Nova Fractal's music is borderlining with epic trance. Cheesy predictible melodies that I've all heard when I was listening to that stuff 5 years ago. There aint p out of psychedelic in this.
  9. It took me to be in a good mood to really appreciate this release. I was looking for goa that wasn't just gonna float around, but have immersive melody and I got it. All tracks are good, but tracks 5 and 8 are simply amazing. I'm definitely considering buying it.
  10. I remember listening to Celestial Intelligence once a while ago, and didnt like it. Now I think this is amazing. What is my brain... Ill try it out
  11. Im looking for [insert thread title]. Nothing to trancey like Nova Fractal or too floaty. Please help. Really digging the "Zygote" track by Mindsphere and need more!
  12. Oh wow! Its so big! The collection I mean Mine consists of only 3 cd's so its not worth sharing. I have "Zirrex - Lost In Time", "Morphic Resonance - The City Of Moons" and "Asura - Code Eternity"
  13. I kinda agree with this. Ill give this one another go and see what happens. But gotta say, Zygote is an amazing track!
  14. Omg that is so not true about cats! All that talk about "Dogs are true friends and cats think of you as a slave" is wrong. I've had atleast 30 cats since I was a kid and they always made me feel great. Depends what kind of person you are but I find the beauty and purring of a cat as the best anxiolytic and dogs are a nuisance to me with all the jumping around, licking, barking even tho I do like them. They just bring in too much energy for me. So it just depends on what you need in life. I love both animals, but prefer cats.
  15. This would be my pick too Imagine a full remaster of it! That would be amazing.
  16. I have been searching for a long time now and I still haven't found anything that is more intense than the climax in "Howling At The Moon." I still get surprised when I hear it
  17. Artist: GoaD Title: Galactic Aviator Label: Neogoa Records Release date: 15.06.2016 Track list: 1: Submerged On Ganymede (150 BPM) 2: Outer Passage (146 BPM) 3: Intergalactic Gates (150 BPM) 4: Other Species (146 BPM) 5: Tripping Astronaut (149 BPM) 6: Galactic Aviator (150 BPM) 7: Alien Pursuit (150 BPM) 8: Goa Delirium (148 BPM) 9: Mystic Presence (149 BPM) 10: Lost in Time (147 BPM) 11: Temple Monkeys (149 BPM) I remember first hearing GoaD's "Alien Pursuit" when Neogoa promoted it on facebook, saying how acidic the album is going to be and you all know that I have a god damn fetish for acidic side of goa trance so I was drawn in. The promotional track ended and I knew that I was going to love this album. This morning I got an e-mail notification which woke me up from Bandcamp saying "Neogoa Records has released "Galactic Aviator" by GoaD." I dont remember the last time I've jumped out of bed that happy and excited about life, turned on my pc and downloaded the album. Ok so the first 2 tracks are really good at setting up the mood and preparing you for the madness that is to come. With track 3 "Intergalactic Gates" the albums sits on the gas pedal and catapults us up into space. You will be holding to your chair or your head depending in what position you are all the way up to the last track that isnt that crazy but it's still fast. What the album does well: Variety, story telling, feels unique to me so no cheese here, acidic asteroids flying centimeters by your windshield while you desperately true to hold on to life and avoid them, and remember, if you fail- no one can hear you scream. Also the melodies are spot on. Overall the ~80 minutes flew by as I listened to this. Also I love the cover and the little easter egg. (Now playing Imba's "Impossible Astronaut") What the album does bad: Made me feel bad for downloading it for free and not being rich and paying tons of money to this guy for making such a masterpeice. I literally can't find one nit-pick. A true masterpeice and one of my 2 favorite releases this year thus far! Grade: A
  18. Glad to hear that, den mother. Awaiting for further orders. *click click*
  19. Well I can add it but I dont think it's a good representation since Im stupid when it comes to describing music. Also I think there is a rule that states that a review cant be that short and that it has to be constructive. I didnt met either rules.
  20. Someone should write a review for "Goad - Galactic Aviator"

Goad, you are extremely talented and I hope you will make more!
  22. My friend pointed out to me that I act very strangely when I listen to psy-trance. Be it at home or a psytrance party, sitting down or dancing, he said that I always flex my neck so that my chin almost touches my chest and start rotating around its axis like crazy. My theory is that I do this to confuse my vestibular system (sense of orientation) and disorient myself to heighten the psychedelic experience of music that is playing. I was also told that I make a funny face. That I pucker my lips and constrict my eyebrows when there is some intense sounds going around. I wasn't exactly aware that I was doing these movements so I find it quite interesting. Also there are some strange internal reactions of which I was aware. When I listen to goa trance that is drenched in acid, I start to perspire and to feel tired. I also feel this strange feeling in my head when I really like a track. It's a sensation that starts at the back of head and moves like a wave towards my forehead as some kind of electric tsunami. Do some of you do some strange things like these too?
  23. Hell YEAH! I have been waiting so long for this. When I first heard "Alien Pursuit" I instantly knew that this album was going to be my jam. Downloading now and will post my opinion on whole album later.
