  1. I don't really use Soundcloud for my listening pleasure. I do follow the artists that I plan/try to release in the near future though through Digital Reprints. The Bandcamp app has also the same feature of background play and I find it much more user friendly. Having said that Elysium I think is my favourite. WAV quality music available for download as well. https://soundcloud.com/elysium94/albums
  2. Or even better available on soundcloud for download as well with various other edits and tracks. Wombatmusic an absolute must. We need Chill Tribe Records back
  3. If nothing radical changes in a couple of weeks. I am just waiting for Bill to come back from Sweden (in studio with Filteria) and then to finalise the tracklist. I am trying to squeeze in a couple more tracks. Your best option is to follow me on Bandcamp or Kickstarter. It will go live at both platforms at the same time (in bandcamp only to preview the tracks, not for sale). And thank you :), a year passed and Entheogenic, Kaya Project & Globular. Wow
  4. Really, 4xCD digipack as before. Cosmosis - RetroFuturism. The first 2 cds will be the Retro compilations and the other 2 cds will be a collection of his more recent work. If this project is successful I already have plans to expand to Goa/Psychedelic territory. 2 artists have already agreed
  5. So you only eat your favourite food? Go out just with your best friend? Watch only the best of Tv programmes? Even on the dancefloor you cannot have a set with just the great tracks. You need the others as well, if anything they make the Great feel Greater
  6. What I find strange is that you go with alphabetical order. Is that how you have your cd collection arranged? And do you arrange aplhabetically by title or artist? When and IF i start relistening my collection I will probably do it per label/chronologically so I can hear the evolution in sound. Exception in the case of artists that have a long discography (e.g. The Orb) so I can hear the changes in their sound.
  7. I have the same idea in my head for the last year. One disc every day, secluded in a room or with headphones, anything really as long as I pay proper attention. I have a 2 year old so I might have to wait for some years when I will be able to do that, lol.
  8. so essentially you want someone to make oldschool Goa? Join the club

  10. this. they get a download code and streaming with Bandcamp. Being a LE you might not want to wear your cds out
  11. The digital files are not meant to be for sale. Bandcamp does not allow you to list music without being available for sale so the workaround is to set the price ridiculously high. during the kickstarter campaign though the digital files are available for 15 £. And remember that in the end nothing stops the artists selling those tracks in their Bandcamp. i do not limit the artists in any way apart from the physical box set obviously. you can actually try and ask them. when i started Digital Reprints one of my goals was to prove to the artists/labels that there is still a benefit from physical releases. i dont know if they get it but it feels so ****ing amazing to hold those 3 releases in my hands hopefully the price tag makes a little.more sense now
  12. Well, that's what a Limited Release is. The concept of printing 300 copies LE and then 500 that are not LE does not make sense for me TBH. The majority of the tracks on the 4th CD can be found scattered around VA releases apart from a couple that are truly unreleased. Even those though Moris is probably gonna have them available in his Bandcamp at some point as a separate release.
  13. Cases like this reminds me of the need of physical media. The artwork is not just there to provide a box to store the cds but to tell a story, invoke emotions and provide an intro of what you will find inside. The old times (before the internet) you didn't know what exactly you were getting when you were buying a cd. You were relying either on the artist's or label's reputation. But if you were really digging then the cover was your only hint
