  1. I'm pretty sure he is a troll. And I make that judgement not from his posts. I know that certain people actually think they know who he is
  2. Since a lot of people will want the release to appear publicly on their collection that was the only way to do it. And I couldn't use a "regular" price since I don't want to benefit on Piers' work.
  3. Damn it. I find it very difficult to have received the package by this Saturday in the UK. I'm leaving for Christmas holidays on Sunday, hopefully it will patiently wait for me in my mail box for the next 3 weeks.
  4. Definitely Bandcamp fan One thing missing (on purpose obviously) is to add a release but make it unavailable for sale. The only way you can do that is if you don't upload any wav files. But other than that I agree completely with what all of you said.
  5. No, I was referring to Anoebis post, yours just got in the middle. I'm confused, haven't slept properly, baby is ill. Where is ZeroSixFou4 when you need him? Hehehe
  6. Well, you are just repeating what I said Lol
  7. We need a Hate This button for this thread.
  8. Target in one week, sold out in less than two Plenty of time though if someone wants the digital version in a discounted price
  9. I am sorry but I strongly disagree. We (and I mean we as a community) buy the cds because we want to support the artists/labels AND to have them in our library. We are not forced to buy them because we can't access them in any other way. I do not think having access to the full album in one way or another would make any difference. And if there are any people that makes a difference it is a small proportion than doesn't affect the total sales. Of course all that is based on personal speculation
  10. But what difference makes if its on YouTube? Everyone can download a torrent.
  11. I don't think cd sales depend on whether you can listen an album online or not. Especially in our music we buy for completely different reasons, are we not?
  12. Let me be a bit more specific about the matter because yesterday I had to reply quickly before my daughter grabbed my tablet The Entheogenic comp will never be available for sale on Bandcamp or anywhere else (apart from the copies that are left unsold through kickstarter, if any). Not even as a download. I put the bandcamp page up more as a marketing material. It's up to Piers whether he wants to sell the comp as a download though his Bandcamp page. However, the people who pledge for the release will receive a download code from Bandcamp and it will be in their collection but as a private item. Meaning only you will be able to see it. Other than that will behave as a regular purchase from Bandcamp (download it as many times as you want, stream etc etc). Btw, 15 copies left
  13. When the campaign finishes codes will be send to all the backers to download it from bandcamp. After that it will be unavailable.
