When I first saw that a new album from Offer was coming out I was sceptical. I thought another crap album from a veteran just trying to make some quick bucks from the resurgence of Goa (yes KoxBox, I'm looking at you). But then I listened some samples, and then the album. And now I wish it was published in cd format as well

Why psytrance doesnt attract a bigger audience?
thanosp81 replied to MrAnarchy's topic in General Psytrance
The you should try early techno. Production values are top notch compared to the rest of the electronic genres. -
I actually really enjoyed Nitrox. It was the album that persuaded me to move to Progressive Psychedelic trance (as called back then) instead of desperately trying to find some proper Goa sounds. And Triptonite (Playa mix), what you say? Magic

Brain meltdown imminent. In times like these I feel soooo lucky that I was listening to Goa during the golden years.

What music are you listening to right now?
thanosp81 replied to Sputum Rotgut's topic in General Psytrance
Speechless -
No, big no. But still it's a surreal movie which for me it means that you can interpret the symbolism in your own way. That's what is art about, no? Keep in mind that the original soundtrack is much more "quiet" and the picture doesn't have that dreamy grainy effect. Check director's other movie success as well, can;t remember the title now, just google it.

Not a lot artists can evoke those emotions to me any more. The more music you listen to, the harder it is to be blown away.

Sort of. Keep in mind that I actually added the release after all However I don't have the time any more to venture too far away from the genres I love (Goa and Psychill). I leave that to the younger generations. I have the labels that I trust (almost) blindly and the artists. Reviewers not any more. Btw, anyone that wants to review Argaman – Living In A Bubble? Excellent album
