    Ok, since it isn't really out until it's on CD, I ehm... "borrowed" it from the Internet. As I said, I can hear a lot of similarities to Classical, I'd say the problem is that those good "orchestral" and more musically sophisticated parts are further apart and shorter, separated by a lot of nothing, i.e. pumping kick + bass of different flavours. But it's still much better and more creative - musically - than a lot of full-on or prog: there's this unmistakable charm to Erez's chord progressions, that no one else seems to be able to replicate (maybe Talpa?) and it just works, when he's allowed to do it. It's great to see that Duvdev & his singing is really restrained here - there's just one song where it's heard clearly (in others it's heavily processed, to the point of not sounding like voice anymore) "Groove Attack" and it's actually very good, because it's a short phrase and doesn't offend more (IMO, actually less...) than the singing in "Dracul" off of Classical Mushroom. All in all, it won't set your world on fire like early IM trilogy did, but it's really great to see them returning to more "proper" psychedelic trance, at least their interpretation of it. As soon as the CD is out, I'm buying it!

    I love their first 3 albums, but I still "hate" Duvdev because if it wasn't for him Erez alone would have went into different direction. This album however seems like a genuine return to the source - sure it's still more flashy, "synthetic" as Jon called it and loud, but I can hear the musical genius I heard on Classical Mushroom and even if Duvdev is singing somewhere it is so heavily processed, that you could convince me it's a synth. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt, I say. But I still think Duvdev is a dick

    Think of me what you will, but I'm genuinely excited for this! Sure, Duvdev is still an obnoxious dick and every time I see two of them together I pity Erez, but at least they acknowledge their departure from roots: "Psy-trance is kind of back. For us it never went away, but we went away". The music REALLY does sounds great and very old-school in that unmistakable IM style - like Classical Mushroom on steroids! BTW, fuck HOM Mega for releasing it first on iTunes, then digitally and only after that on CD. How the f**ck does that make any sense???

    Thanks, that great! Just listened to it on YouTube and it's really something unusual, but in a very positive way. A lot of people hate 'funk' in their goa/psy, but I love it. Great release

    Well, we went through this in few topics already, but: - a lot of us are CD/vinyl collectors, so we like to have something tangible for our money, - if I buy something digital, I prefer to do it in a place that allows me to build a collection, download and stream the music - Bandcamp & Beatport allow that, - if there's option to get digital + physical, that's the one I choose and Bandcamp is unparalleled for that, - if I wanted to buy JUST digital, I'd probably stick to something like Google Play Store, which is usually much cheaper and there's small risk it will vanish some time in the future along with my collection. TLDR: Bandcamp is the best of both worlds - you usually get the CD + possibility to collect, stream & download files. BTW, I got both Scandi '90 comps, so there's that

    Man, that's really great! I mean I rarely am in the mood to listen to such depressive, dark and moody / melancholic music, but when I do this really fits perfectly - it wouldn't be out of place in Trick Music or Zenon Records catalogues; it's this good, both technically and artistically. Please consider putting it on Bandcamp - I'd buy it

    But both are awesome!!! Even if Duvdev is singing it's incomprehensible and I'm all for whatever crazy sound manipulations Erez is doing, whether it's psy, dubstep or Skrillex-type drill-fest. Really looking forward to it

    No, I ended up getting Live 9 Suite while they had a 20% off for the upgrade from Lite I got with my Arturia Minilab. Bitwig is great, but I couldn't really test it properly as the demo didn't have a save function and I only have 1-2h few days a week for music-making, which wasn't enough to do something tangible. Also, I'm quite disappointed with how little new stuff they added in a supposedly "big update" v2.0, so for the time being I'm in a wait-and-see mode. Also, for Live there's many more free tutorials, presets and devices available, because it is very popular amongst electronic music producers.

    Are there even people on this forum that don't have ALL Suntrip releases? In moments like those I regret always being there with my order on day one, on the other hand I don't - the music is (most of the time ) worth it

    BTW, Tom Cosm has a lot of great tutorial videos on YouTube (mostly focused on Ableton Live), with this one in particular being the best of "how to make psytrance bassline" I came across yet, at least for my taste: He's incredibly knowledgeable, but also seems like a really nice, down-to-earth guy. Not to mention he practically sold me on purchasing Live 9
