hmm what can i say? some tunes are pretty cool still i got this despite everybody bashing it like fuck and guess what? i like it! i liked psygone many years ago and few others in this forum dug it too .. i was diggin his sound and i probably will soon that i speak of it . got the chance to chat with him online somewhere was curious about what gear he had because sounds were pretty cool and still are that i think of it now lol His optimistique album was different and some peeps were callin it cheesy or so lol its not like this is psychic deli records or many other big names in the scene but this goa trance is pretty ok you know?... considering its age ... 19 years old ... i'd consider this a classic by now. Worth checkin it out if you like 90's sounds , dance music and so on , despite making music i also like listening to some old shit , sometimes its inspiring , sometimes not... da fuck knows. the coverart ? honestly dont give a toss about this coverart , theres a microphone symbol probably from windows 95/98 looooooollllll and some hypnotic houdini shit , theres even some magicians in the inlay i think lol ... least theres not some fucking horrible shitty alien making you shit your pants , da fuck you are supposed to listen to it after you've been scared of it?? DUHHHHHH loooooooooooolll Tracklist is quite alright . of course for many psygone is the highlight and its still nice if you are in the right mood to listen to some goa stuff that's not trying to freak you out or something. probably down to earth guy as they say. will play this soon as see you later. look for it on google , discogs or something you might get it by a good price lol... bit off topic but concerning cd prices : well ... fuck isnt it good to dig some shit out and pay like a normal price for a CD? fuck yea.. them prices on discogs sometimes are like as many here know ... overpriced. understand some people really get attached to a record but then market prices rising up to 60-70 pounds? ok some is acceptable because many copies weren't made but last time i checked goa gate was 60 euros ?? i made the record but i mean 60 euros?? da fuck knows what price is on now but im not gonna bother to check anyways... another example was the godance recordings one i did but that was my fault , i dont know why i just released it and shut it off .. pissed off or something .. i know that was on discogs for 80euros really high but i know the reason because only very few copies were sold ... maybe 10-20?? im not thinking of re-release again but im sure you can grab a mp3 copy off the internet anyways if thats the case. as a producer i like to release my own shit in highest quality available , WAV. as a music enthusiast , lover , collector whatever , i got to buy stuff i really like. I own the Bassline Baby CD still lol If you're a person that likes high quality stuff and not just mp3 shattered glass shit sound then welcome to the club. if not then tough shit . Don't take me wrong i got mp3 aswel but its just like a temporary solution or because i havent got cash , time , dedication to collect more records because a guy needs to make room n shit... believe me i would buy them goa vinyls if i had the room along with a compact vinyl player. /Filipe

i dont know and dont understand why this label is so obscure and underground in a way. not many people seem to talk about it give any attention etc... its sad when only the drama crap comes up that people seem to come check out... fuck offffffffff so here it goes: its great label! come on look at them old skool releases... pffff... come one its pure quality! the moon release was really good with that old skool sound . i didnt buy it . i didnt download it . checked some samples back when shit got out. dont remember where it was doesnt matter. i read the tracklist. ive nothing else to say. from facebook i think amakusa is run by 1 japanese person. i like it . i think he only releases old tracks sort of like dat records is doing if not same. its great . post edit : he shows great care in his releases.

Frederic of the Ethereal goa music project knew it better damn thats really ages ago lol but isnt it weird if it is you say that Bill did the music for Jeremy? hard to believe lol dont see the point its not like Jeremy doesn't know music.. :\ come on... he does... :| laughing buddhas eps were quite alright , being the karma , megamorphosis ep the closest to cosmosis style and goa peak imo the best thats comes first in my mind.. i can say if you want best from both is cosmosis first album it proves they built and 'defined' a new goa style as we all know .. think they did the album together not sure if you can find it in album credits or not but you can clearly listen the style was identical to some point lol then they probably went psy and parted ways who knows , they are not a 'band' nowadays and after cosmology few scattered good songs can be found in next 1-2 albums... moonshine from synergy was the best and rest stopped following I never got much into psystyle since im very classical musical orientated person .. more melody structures and less 'noise' LOOOOOOL and believe me ... melodies are INSANE! look at beethoven etc them guys! shitttt!....... its outstanding work! super insane! looooll ..but its true . not that im into classical trance its been done few times anyways and im complete shit at classical music but giving an example... its complex and very advanced from a producers perspective. anyways back on topic sorry!

Hello Anu. Yea Angelo is really intelligent ! I already explained in the whats wrong with his head topic . I'll explain to you here i suffer of bipolar disorder but im medicated now . I'm not going anywhere shit dont be saying that lol i dont wanna get banned im happy as things are now , no manic episodes anymore and hard to control my thoughts , emotions etc... always constant rush... big pain just thinking of it... big nightmare and suffering ive been through and also feel sorry for everybody that had to tolerate my behaviour. im really sorry for things ive said to many people in general i never meant them. glad im getting treated at last. Sometimes i listen to goa music but most of it i cant follow anymore its just too much and my head cant take it... sequences are too fast and 'speedy' its hard to follow... some other songs are ok some are just too crazy or too much i tend not to get too much into it. I know i could listen to ambient but its not the case . So i havent been listening to much music at all and when i do its background or something when im at the computer here writing for example. If im talking to someone i like calm quiet atmosphere , too much going on drives me crazy just confuses my fuckin head.. As for the rest im ok now ... getting there you know... its been a month or so since i started treatment and i intend to keep it that way. I dont touch alcohol or anything else at all apart from still smoking rolling tobbaco , usual cup of coffee , tea sometimes... mostly coffee i love anyways... i know its bad habit but i try hard not to overdo it... I'm going to use this space to talk a bit about my music , announcements , for new releases i might come up with, projects since i dusted off some of my musical 'remains' lol , that is the remaning gear that i managed to keep ... i know i can use the computer for music but i did a 'LOT' of music so now im on a break ... well sort of. Apart from making music I'm also a husband, a parent and i suffer from bipolar disorder , being medicated so its not easy to cope but not impossible. I'm not going to rush things and i just really can't because i also can't be bothered most of the times , maybe due to age , i'm not that music mad as i was years ago but it's something that is me and i can't throw it away. So i'm going to spend some time rebuilding what's left of my musical dignity after all the almighty mess and dramas after all the years with me having manic episodes . I really don't care about it anymore and i'd rather not talk about that shit anymore. For such a tiny planet in this Universe named 'Earth' the World as it is full of shit as you can see out there and its just fucking shit !! Just watch the news... for a society that evolved technology so fast in a space of 20 years or so you still see corruption , abuse , terrorism... just plain shit that gets me pissed off... wish it would end but da fuck cares anyways we know that will probably never happen and its best we look after ourselves you know? Sometimes you want to focus in good things because that's what i need and it's not easy. Human brain is a wonderful thing don't go messing with it with drugs and shit honestly... I'm really not into much those hippie philosophies of perception , mambo jambo drug talk what a waste... bah well that's all for now... last night i thought of maybe compile and put up some of my songs so many files to dig at , i never threw anything away , its just gonna take time thats hard to get but its not impossible as for record labels im really not interested in those stupid fucking competitions anymore , i mean , whats da fucking point?? what a waste of energy im telling you. some people get highlighted others dont... i dont give a shit i might put up a bandcamp and drop some shitty name on it , or i'll come up with something nice , its always good to be creative with things . I usually go for nostalgic 90's sort of stuff. That's what i like and it's a big part of me i'd say. But something new is nice too! Just shows you how digital has its advantages... its like frozen music in carbonyte fuck sake..) -Mixer nothing too fancy really dont need much , i had lots of other gear but most of it i sold it and wish i still had that Korg EMX ... was digging it recently but korg made a new one that looks like shit... the one i used is not made anymore and fuck how these peeps go take advantage on ebay is ridiculous... when you bought something new for 400 at the time and they are trying to sell you second hand used for 350 or more .. its just plain fuckin ridiculous... lesson learnt too , i aint gettin rid of what i still have... wish i had most of what i had few years ago specially that korg emx was handy but fuck it now you know. maybe one day again who knows... those chynacid tracks were sweet , still dig it but fact of not having the korg emx makes you go fucking mad... no point emulating it , its not the same fuck it really. and thats why many other projects come up because of those same reasons . well c u all later

holy shit and you were after guitar parts.. loooooooooolll its understandable that some instruments/elements go unoticed lol usually i listen to all elements in a song , paying close attention but a distorted guitar i mean come on its hard not to notice it ! lol Mr Anarchy where was your head at ? In Morphic Resonance case the instruments sound a bit tiny and the guitar sound is not very big and solid so in my opinion makes it hard to notice some elements ... altho its nearly impossible to miss those 303 lol

really good goa trance! cyborg culture is freaking awesome ! this album has really good moments and weird soundscapes. nice flat kick and warm bassline not to hard in your ears or anything its smooth album most of the way and some hard banging songs somewhere in the middle. cyborg culture , dawn to dusk are probably most known songs

ok i had a listen to few songs. its ok album. the space dwarfs remix is quite good. bit lighter but sure.. its ok. the original is much stronger . think the remix has melodies octave higher or maybe its just the sounds are just too much all over the place which is lighter. not bad but still cant top the original imo. psychedelic hell... good shit. darker stronger but wait? fullon kick / bass?? whats with the new 'goa' artists putting full kick bass on it? doesnt make any fucking sense!! songs are good. its good album to purchase if you dig the old psychedelia in a way. the kick bass thing bugs me i dont understand why most new 'goa' is having this? is this some sort of 'competition' with fullon music or something? if so , theres no need. what about using classic goa kick bass like afgin? major difference! afgin sound for example is more goa orientated imo maybe i got the wrong picture. ok suntrip is goa label but this record is psytrance. good psytrance ? yea its mad and insane psytrance , has melodies but not goa-trance that's for sure. i bet many will disagree but i know thats how it is.. take darshan for example . its dark melodic... was put as goa and i see it as goa. maybe because theres no full on sharp kick and got that classic 909 and some bassline . its what i think i dunno. goa is so much different sound .

that ejay dance edition lol omg was first software i got for pc loooooooooooooollll it was good except its all recorded loops.. was that and sonic foundry acid music aka sony acid nowadays... its just plain bad windows GUI... shit yea we are spoilt today even with all fancy eye candy stuff who cares... got to the point of recording loops with a yamaha keyboard all hand played accuratly as possible... midi ? at the time da fuck knew what midi was? thats another story how i got to know midi fl studio etc.. maybe ill write about it when i manage some more time . for psytrance old fruity loops does the trick , reason was good too , cubase etc... vsts and so on... not so happy with the sound of it nowadays for some weird reason dunno... well as for propellerheads reason today its a monster super protected by all these dongles n stuff like cubase i think... not even gonna try it rebirth was da shit too in 97 or so i think and still good sound but bit of a pain to get it running on windows 7 and so on... even my windows is outdated but couldnt care less... XP is still good but for internet its kinda fucked up microsoft forces you to upgrade because of 'security' reasons... luckily enough i kept all this old music software still happy with it and for acid you can always grab some vsts 909 808 samples and emulate rebirth easy nowadays... of course that rebirth retains that unique sound thats for sure.
