I listend to this and was really appalled at the pop sounding stuff . and yes the sames stuff seems to be being recycled over and over and reused. TO me this was a clear signal that the album was crap. I saw what happened. So I just rejected it. Now reading all these positive reviews I think Ill have to check it out again. Saying it was the best album entheogenic made ever. Is really high praise. I thought the first one was the best. But I suppose I can give it another listen.

I've been a musician and piano player my whole life. At age 6 I had my first piano lessons in suzuki which lasted 6 years untill age of 12. After that I never looked back. I was sick of practicing, I was sick of being forced to learn to play. My parents bought a VFX ensoniq music synthesizer some years after that. I remember enjoying finding and making strange alien sounds with it. I even experimented with making my own music using logic audio platinum. I made a fun drum and bass track some years ago. Now I have this sythesizer. It seems to be a keyboard for families. It does some things I could never get the VFX to do. BUt I need a keyboard for making what I listen to. I like the full spread of 8 octaves it gives me. But other features it has like "music lessons" seem useless to me. What I really need is a Keyboard that will interface with my Mac and be able to use: As a MIDI contoller to control software synths and experiment with new sounds. To make drum sounds, and bass sounds. Filter sweeps, mids, highs, U know waht I'm talking about. --- I don't know if this keyboard can do that or not. All I know is that this thing bundles software for windows computers and not for mac. and teaches me how to play "Fur Elsie" which is great but - I really don't need a keyboard to feature that. I expect most people use windows for some really incomprehensable reason... But I probabaly need to get a music sequencer program too don't I? Somthing like Logic Pro or Logic Express. Anyway this synth seems more like a family toy than a professional music creation synth for cutting edge psychedelic trancedance music. What should I do? What do I need to do? What do you think? I'm ready to make some electronic music I just don't know what i'm really doing. I wonder If I should sell it and invest in somthing else?

when someone says somthing like this I realize all the air of dissapointment has been eccentric and superificial. I loved meteor. I think it's one of the best they've made. I think i'm gonna buy one. I bet it kicks butt.

I really like it. It's dark without too much heaviness. It is still intelligent, and very deep in layers that is of musical compostion. Fun and uplifiting, but with dark vibes. What a great work of music. I listened to it at least 6 times in a row. And it doesn't get old.

I think it's the fact that they are all intimating the future... The future being a cyber-spiritual noosphere of trancedent wisdom and technological achievement. The Aquarian Age. Post historical time. The archaic revival. The unimagineable. Human conquest and elimination of evil. The great purification. Eternity. soon soon Psytrance: Goa: The rest don't really fit the genres IMHO. The Astral Projection one is however a psytrance cover while having a goa content.

I pick my battles... Somtimes I need food, FAST and CONVIENENT and they're everywhere, and when I'm working I don't like to feel starved. It isn't my first choice. But I enjoy it when I make it. Understand? Chinese people love McDonalds BTW... It's really funny how much they just LOVE it. When you go to a Chinese McDonalds, you just feel your like the coolest. BTW I only went to a chinese McDonlads once while in china for 5 weeks... but me and my aussie friend there were like ... OMG SOOOOOO Relived and we joked about how it was just so thereputic to SCARF down that big mac while walking home from Wushu practice, getting it all messy and being a photograph symbol for all chinese folks there... (who i'm sure were deeply and profoundly inspired by it) LOL!!! What a novlety it was.

Yea I actually heard "Lemon Jelly" At a Chipotle Bought out by: McDonalds (gotta love their french fries, while hating their farming practices (unless they've recently changed - but i doubt it) which deforest the planet ) branch on the drag (right off main campus of UT) I was really shocked. I really was. It is only Lemon Jelly (mainstream sound) ... But I would have been appaled if it were anymore underground. It is after all. A Chipotle, not a psybient chill space womb.

Yea I got my decks back. I had them in the shop for like 4 months. Couldn't afford to pick them up and pay the tab. 85 bucks. I had the Lasers repaired and a few buttons... But I bet they just cleaned the lasers... Actually the scroll wheel on the left side wasn't fixed. but at least the cue button was. I may bug them about it. But to have these things back is like:::: OK.. Now i'm Whole again. I mean... It's not the same to listen to mixes as it is to MAKE them. The music goes the way it should according to your quality of mind... .. it's a reflection of your creativity. And it's done all in the moment. begining and ending.... and can be recorded. Nothing gives the same kind of theraputic satisfaction. It's totaly a Zen practice to me. ...
