"ASIO Echo Mia (or Mona/Layla/etc...)" driver and use buffer size 512(you can set it from Asio control panel whitch is right under the dropdown menu of where you can choose drivers).... and check from Mia's own Console Panel that you have not muted any channels. Also check that inputs are enabled in Cubase (it's called "VST inputs" in some of the Cubase's dropdown menus).

But that works only for VSTi synths.......... he is talking about real hardware synth (Nord).

...or connect mixer's output to Mia's input and then Mia's output to amp/monitors. You can do it... I know because I also have Mia.

Audio does not go thru midi leads. You have to connect Nord's audio output (the one that goes to your mixer at the moment) to Mia's input.

Wed.... some people want _quality_ sounds... and for _quality_ sounds you need million dollar studio... you know _good_ microphones, compressors, mixer, monitors + of course meny different instruments etc etc....... and not everybody has money to buy all those exotic instruments that pops in their mind. But Loops are lame if you don't do something personal to them...
