Don't have that many mics, put an omni (stereo) in the center last night. Had the wrong gain set though, those things are louder then I thought, so I got overage. 16 people with all different types of percussion intstuments, some are quite talented music students... ....only recorded about a minute though..

Pete Namlook makes the kind of music they called trance in the 1990s and I still consider trance ('cus I'm oldskool). Brian Eno's definition of ambient is mine too. It's a subtle difference, but is journey music. This is big for me because I don't like most ambient, but I like journey music.

Sounds like the magic that existed in the rave scene, but was gone by 1997 even thought the parties were bigger then ever...

I remember seeing the origional Terminator years after I had seen it the first time. It still held up. It was a great idea that was executed extremely well. The other movies, lets face it, are just milking the same idea for more money. I think if you or anyone has an idea to stick with it. Don't let it get watered down and lose its focus because that is what makes something stick. The origional Terminator is still a classic just like the origional Alien, the other moies are good, but never as good as the origional. Judgement day was damn good, but I like the grittiness of the first movie. It added to the mood of doom. It was a viseral feeling that built from the first scene of the movie and ended up being one of the most exciting rides in motion-picture history. I am sure I'll see the new movie. When it comes out on video.

I agree with Murphy...the plot was stupid. Can't recommend this, but it was entertainment for a couple hours. I think I remember the ending was laughable. 5/10 for me
