Since if you press two keys on a monophonic synth you get slide. A lot of polyphonic digital synths could be set to monophonic too. only someone who has never touched a synth that has monophonic ability wouldn't know about the great slide feature they have. I suspect I waiste my time here.

Every time I play a used analog synth at a shop like I did last Saturday, I think : this is waay better then any VSTi. Old AKAIs are interesting, but not famous enough to have a bunch of VSTis made to emulate them.

Just today I was thinking your album was quite good, but that it was mastered badly or you cut off too much of the high and low frequencies. It was a brutal thing to listen to yours after Orbital's "Insides" album, sorry.

Watched "The Beast with a Billion Backs", it was OK, not super funny, but not bad. 7/10

Pure Data looks like a primitive modular synth maker. If you like designing sounds (it is a lot of fun) check out VAZ Modular. There are a host of modular synth creators thought, some with virtually limitless possibilities. Many of them require a good deal of effort to learn, but the rewards are great making sounds that are totally new. Have fun!

Some trivia: FRONT 242 uses the opening to the movie as the cover to Backcatalog.

Still at it Big infuence and great pioneers 242 are still around. Surprise to me, new live album is released.

I have been playing Stalker Clear Sky recently so I was overcome by curiousity and saw the movie on google. I give it 5/10 it was so slow moving and really not anywhere near as good as the two Stalker games. The story of the movie is quite minimal but the visuals are well done for a movie with a tiny buget. The two games are about as good as computer gaming can get so if you have a newish system I strongly recommend both.

Its funny to me people don't know about this stuff, but nowdays so many just use softsynths its not surprising.
