Move D & Namlook V - Hardwired - Hypotenuse In a darkish alien nightclub in some backroom of a huge interplanetary spaceship, with a view on the stars ofcourse.
-
Steve Roach - Opening the Space Steve Roach - Heart's Core Steve Roach - Fires Burning ........ Ok, this is it. Steve Roach is world's number one. This is pure magic. From the amazing album Fever Dreams 2. This also makes up big time for his minimal drone albums that I don't like.

What music are you listening to right now?

SPEEDY J - DRILL awesome -
SPEEDY J - ACTOR NINE Awesome noisy beats with an INSANE bassdrum. The heaviest bassdrum I've ever heard (in a not-totally-distorted way). Prodigy beats are like pudding compared to this.

Greatest Electronic Tracks of the 21st Century

Think I´ve been able to pick a favorite of them all. Still gives me goosebumps with each listen. It´s like tangerine dream style sequencer driven melodic synthesizer music, taken to new heights. This track is what electronic music is about. :clapping: -
Raison D'Etre - Metamorphyses Phase IV Wow. I'm getting repetitive, but..... seriously, this track is just......too awesome for words. It's like a climax of the entire dark ambient genre..... all the energy that was held back, all the tension that was built and built so subtlely, is now being released in a massive explosion that is this track.

too much psynews today, prio? -
Top 10 of electronic TRACKS, released in this century (and no rereleases of older music). No genre limitations. Just post your personal favorites, so don't try to be 'objective' about what is best (because that's ultimately BS IMO). I'm working on mine. Go go go!

here's a very nice performance of the first part (besides one slip up) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sL_DT4DRxVA magical music some day, in another life, I'll play like this

Raison D'etre - Metamorphyses Phase IV Hmmm... I would say, in the center of an enormous and incredibly violent storm on some extremely inhospitable planet. Or, inside a transdimensional warp vortex while the entire fabric of space is swirling around you.

After 10 years... I finally know what is the best goa track ever! :)
Bahamut replied to Anoebis's topic in General Psytrance
what about this one......... ? it kinda owns just about everything in goa/psy I've heard completely awesome, wicked, insane track, with tremendous drive and melodies, although it took some time to get into it.....just my opinion of course didn't like Vitan, but I can somehow see why you like it :posford: -
Grieg Piano Concerto is nice too

well gotta check it out then :posford: mine are now: Hallucinogen - Angelic Particles & Crop Circles - Full Mental Jackpot (Pleiadians Remix) Pleiadians - Maia is awesome too, but I don't like the sound of it as much, therefore the track loses just a bit of effect tracks like this are the only goa I need, I've heard too much mediocre stuff, that's why I'm only interested anymore in the best of the best of the best -
Maybe not. I heard some bits and pieces and as far as I can tell it seemed like the feeling was gone from his music, what's left is a messy bunch of sounds.

Ulrich Schnauss is nice morning music
