I simply love scandosunds, they make one of the best trance music ever since the goa period. Scandinavian goa trance was always melodic, wild, emotional and precise. Early projects like KOXBOX, COLORBOX, BYPASS UNIT, PSYGONE, MAN FROM MANTRA, MIRANDA, XPLORING INNER SPACE, HUX FLUX, ELYSIUM, PSYCHOPOD were all terrific psychedelic goa projects and their melodic constructions are great. But my favourite scandinavian goa project is and always will be BATTLE OF THE FUTURE BUDDHAS !!! But they are closely followed with KA SOL, that guy is demented ! When they switched to progressive I started to enjoy in it almost as much. They are truly GODS of progressive trance genre and almost anything I've heard was stunning. Favourite progressive groups are :ATMOS, TICON, TEGMA, SON KITE, HUMAN BLUE, VIBRASPHERE, BEAT BIZARRE, REFEER DECREE, FREQ, NOMA, S-RANGE, ANDROMEDA, ORYX, and many more...they are truly one of the keepers of this style and I hope that they won't give up on this style and will progress it more and more...

Sounds delicious, but I don't think they will release all 3 albums, Cinos is right, it would actually be cheap from them.

I knew about it but don't have it, but I do have some songs from it : Lunar Civilisation Rmx, Antonomasia Rmx, Full Mental Jackpot ( Pleiadians Rmx ) , Pentagon, but I've never heard of No More Signals or Classic Process...Yummy ! I want this release so badly ! Like, now when I actually discovered whole tracklisting, this became my most desirable record at the moment... Maybe I need to write to Etnica guys and BEG them to print this on CD, it is absolutely worth it !

Heh, you mean between their 3 albums ? I only have 2 : GEOGADDI and MUSIC HAS THE RIGHT FOR CHILDREN...both highly recommended...

I have no idea which one to choose, it is hard decision. Maybe I will come back to this topic later in the year.

I like my music both dark and twisted and bright and light.

I wrote what I want in many topics, I don't want to repeat myself but everything is in IDEA, story, variation and precision. I want TRANCE to be able to put me in the STATE OF TRANCE again, finally...

I meant to say that there isn't anymore Psychedelic and trippy music as it is used to, yes, there is plenty of proggy stuff that is closer to trance but I so much miss those twisted, demented, wild times.

I think that LACK OF INSPIRATION killed trance the most. I like almost every trance genre ( except euro and nitzhonot trance ) and I can agree with every progression, or technological revolution, but it seems that producers and artists lack mostly the inspiration...there is still made good music but even that music lacks many things it had before, like dynamics, or melodies, or harmonies, or stories, or MANY ideas. Next is FULL ON bassline ! Argh ! I quite liked full on in beginning but due to lack of ideas and general minimising the sound, trance suffered from complete transformation to strictly full on fashion. Okay, there are still progressive and minimal that are GREAT now, but it lacks psychedelia and trippyness. Then come kids on speed, Skazi and co.
