I wonder who answered it that he haven't heard either of them...

I would love to hear samples of some rare stuff that can't be heard or sold anywhere. I like your reviewing, you have good choice in music...Stay Tuned !

It might be but let's wait for Spindrift's view on that matter...

Have no idea, I haven't found it anywhere that is why I thought that is maybe not released yet... My friend gave me mp3 copy of it...out of the blue...couldn't even imagine the guy would release another album after 2-3 months after the first one...so, I really don't know actually...

Whoaaa! Here is some pretty serious artist doing mixture of psychedelic and hard full on. After his album Brain Stretching which I find as one of the best releases this year, he released ( or not ? ) second one Digital Manipulations, a bit weaker than previous one but still has some rocking songs. I think that this guy makes great, passionate music especially considering where he comes from, cold Switzerland brought one pretty warm, passionate artist with actually amazing full and concrete structure. He is massive and gentle at the same time...very good combination...If you haven't heard his album Brain Stretching and you would like to hear some fresh psychedelic stuff rather than full on or progressive, get this...it's insane at lot of stages...

Age Of Innocence IS NOT Nitzhonot ! It is pure melodic trance, nitzhonot is childish, too fast music, that one was sophisticated...
-
What ? And you considered yourself as some trance expert ? His first album was his only psy/goa related album, every next one he went more and more progressive and minimal...I am sure that by now he completely even thrown effects after throwing melodies 2 albums before the last one...

Huh, no matter 4 years of experience you still even sound as a newbie, in trance culture I mean. Well, fasten your seat belts, cause Kansas is going bye bye...hard stuff ? Hmmm...what to recommend you when you are into Astrix, Black & White, Eskimo and rest of the immature crowd...If you want harder you should look for serious guys but if you like softies then I am wondering what would be good for you... Have you ever experienced anything before Astrix, like true masters of hard psy genre ; Tim Schuldt, Joti Sidhu ( Psychaos ), Christophe Drouillet ( Absolum ), Dino Psaras ( Cydonia ), Pete Martin ( Slide ), Lestat ( Talamasca ) ? Well, if you are into full on exclusively then it means you haven't heard those guys before, cause if you did, it would never cross your mind to just play full on only. Then I guess you are looking for these new hard psy artists and there are heaps of them : KINDZADZA, SURIA, PHYX, ARTIFAKT, KLUSTER, NEXUS, DERANGO, DARK NEBULA, SEROXAT, PARASENSE, OSOM, RINKADINK...and the rest of the wild crowd...There are heaps of new hard psy artists popping up every day...At leat 2-3 new compilations every day...go and get them...

LSG - INTO DEEP Whole album is perfect ambient masterpiece... -
Okay, you are probably right, I just hated Boris Blenn using full on bassline ( because he was having his own style on 7 albums before ) that I completely dissmissed cause I couldn't apply such change to him. You are right about Misted Muppet too...
-
NONE really... None of the ones you mentioned has any goa influences...just beacuse goa artists were doing them doesn't mean they are GOA influenced... There is not SINGLE full on influenced by goa trance, sorry....
-
Ummm, both of those artists started making trance music early, back in 1995, Asia 2001 developed goa sound, and even though he wasn't that innovative he contributed the scene a lot... Mystica is not nitzhonot producer only...they had many goa trance songs and beside only one official album they made lots of goa singles before...

GREAT album ! This is pure acid tribal trance at its best ! The atmosphere and sounds are so delicate and you feel like you are literally transported inside the trip itself. This is one of those rare conceptual albums from the time when people still actually cared about music and concepts and where boundaries were broken ( 98 - 00 period )... I like all songs but my favourite ones are : THE SPIRITS ARRIVE, CATHARSIS OF BODY AND SOUL, IM RACHEN DES JAGUARS, INSIDE THE ANACONDA, RETURN OF THE SOUL... 8/10
