So, simple question, how do you guys post your mixes here ? I made some old school mix for those interested, so if anyone can help me where can I upload the mix and post it here, it would be great ! Thanks

Yes, I have massive collection, collecting through years, but these days I get some old stuff from my good friend that is DJ, so he is getting a lot of stuff and we share, unfortunately I don't buy ALL of my stuff, something very rare I download, but only rarities or hidden singles, making compilations of singles, or conceptual compilations for myself. Other thing, I don't spend so much time on internet in general, ever since I came here, I was hooked and started to be more active and present on internet...and since I don't spend so much time in front of computer I don't do stuff like being on other forums, making my lists, sharing, exchanging...I like to come on internet, but I can hardly wait to get offline cause I started to dislike computers because of taking so much time ( unless you are using it for some creative purpose ) which is what I plan, I don't want to spend more time than I actually need or want. Maybe some day I won't be lazy to list them there, same like as you see I was too lazy to post story and pics from India...

I don't have any problem finding lots of new stuff I like, but somehow, I always go back to the old releases, if I have to choose something to listen at home... I like to listen to new stuff outside, in the club, nature... The more I know about music the more I discover there is so much stuff to dig, especially from the past...
-
I was half joking of course, I am not vain, it's just because YOU said it... BTW, most of my reviews include pretty melodic stuff, not typical melodic psy trance but rather 'smart' old school trance as you expect...maybe you don't care cause it's old, but believe me, there are MOST of the older stuff that are far better than 80 % of the new stuff for sure...
-
Well, yeah, of course, quite expected, it would be crazy to play the same songs without variation all the time...Is he strecthing the songs or just playing original version with tweaks ? I would like to hear longer, tripped out version, made specifically for live act...Is he doing something like that ?

Hey moni, I am sorry I am not helping you with your psychedelicatessen development...
-
Yuck ! Speaking of bad japanese vocals in psy, have anyone heard last few Tsuyoshi Suzuki singles and albums as Joujouka ? Blaaaaah, vomit.... I haven't heard worse degradation of such AMAZING melodic spirit and talent he had in beginning of his 'tripping'. These last songs he made was ultimate half pop, breakbeat entertaining circus. D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G ! Sorry Tsu, I respect you but this new style is really outrageous and pointless.

What music are you listening to right now?

Total Eclipse - Blade Runner Transwave - Hypnorhythm Prana - The Earth Satori - Razor -
Now that is what I am talking about, ORIGINAL IDEAS.... Great ! So, this was some kind of transition....

I don't think it's problem liking too much music, I am the same. I can get into variety of stuff, from gentlest, harmonic trance over melodic, cyber, spacey, psychedelic, to dark, hard core evil stuff, but I actually can't get into EVIL MUSIC which is mostly made these days, I like to hear music ABOUT EVIL, making evil fables and trips rather than evil music itself with heaps of nasty noises and some effects, without actual music. If DP is getting CD 's for free I am with the idea of listening to various stuff, if he has time of course and contribute to the scene where are those freaks I mentioned to whom such review means a lot.
-
You didn't need to explain yourself man, even though it is mentioned that very elaborate review is no good, I understand your way of reviewing so much, there are heaps of musical freaks that like to know the structure of the music and how it was developed, I am also for discovering for myself without reading about it, but that is just my way of listening. That is why I write shorter reviews cause someone can get the general idea and feel of album and compilation and I most pick up some old stuff that are mostly good so it doesn't even need extra explanation or reviewing, just mentioning thatit is GOOD, real freaks will always SEE wheter review is compatible with their understanding of someone else's perception.

Well, for me the point would be to hear him FOR THE FIRST time... That's why I would actually LIKE to hear old classics...
-
That is about the only thing I would envy someone... Those releases and trips are platinum and golden ones...
-
For me his best tracks as Spicelab are A Day On Our Planet and Planet Spice...Those classical parts in the tracks are so delicate, they always soothen my brain perfectly... Have you heard his first album as Oliver Lieb only - Constellation ? Pure ambient perfection...
-
I got that it will miss exactly that, but what a heck, he was in the middle of same kind of experimenting with LSG project so he probably stayed close to those ideas...
-
With help of Amir Dvir aka Luminus...
-
It is one of the best ambient tracks ever...sure... Hey, I always thought that you are 'hard' guy Gnome, these days I am discovering that you are gentle soul behind that gnome face...
-
Yeah, that is the one of the best ones on that album...
-
It wasn't that great actually...It has one remix of the already known track, one ugly one ( first ugly track by them ) and few average ones. First four albums ARE great !
-
I LOVE all of their albums except the last one that is ok, but nothing spectacular. I like his dreamy pads, profound melodies and tribal energies... True Earth Trance Psychadelia ! BTW, what is happening with them these days ? No more California Sunshine ? They probably read all the bad reviews about their last album and were pissed off and decided to quit too, like the rest of the masters...
-
AAAAAAhhhhhh ! Experimental House Techno ? Huh...Nevermind, it is still Oliver Lieb...
-
Hey, there is nothing that sounds like them, they have their unique style... Har El Pruskky is one of the most prominent artists from Israel for me.. His unique psycho tribal style really fits my mind perfectly. I really can't say what is there in similar style but I can only suggest you his other project Adrenalin Drum, under which he released 2 albums...check them out...
-
You didn't like reworked ambient album ? Fuck ! That is brilliant rework but I guess it is matter of taste...I do agree about The Hive though, it's his weakest effort to date... Get LSG - Rendez Vous In Outer Space, it's his best album by LSG, followed by very good one Volume 2... Get The Ambush - The Ambush, I rewieved it here...

How is Spy Vs. Spice ? Is it in the same style as first two ? I saw bigger tracklisting than on previous ones so it means he went more commerical ?
