Finally some actual positive words from you Buddha... I've only heard Amenia, Ziax, Nevertheless and Insanity and they are pretty good songs that capture the real essence of goa trance...

Hah, we will move off this topic if we continue... I actually posted topic about this film actually praising it...Go, read it in off topic section. To be honest, I liked everything this film had to offer because it was way ahead of its time and the guts Ken Russell has I appreciate as an ultimate artistic expression...I like his way of putting things, being completely free and without compromise...And effects were quite good for that time, bare in mind that this was rather small film...Cheers

I am also sorting it by artist name, labels and genres separated, easiest way...
-
I trust you, but those informations I really didn't need in the moment of excitement...
-
Hey RTP, that sample is actually Arthur Clarke and it is also used in CROP CIRCLES - LUNAR CIVILISATION... Furthur...ummmm, Altered States shitty movie ? Not a chance...

Huh, Squaffy, it really started sounding unserious....plus where do you get idea I will be chased or that I'll even ride motorbike there ? I am going to trip out and enjoy, I am not going to live there ( maybe ), so really, tips about how will I runaway from the cops is really too much unless you were pulling my nose...

-
Yeah, I am sure that Psychedelic Pulse is the most driving alien human power...so, I am sure that most of people would vote that...
-
Huh, I don't like clubby cokey atmosphere...exactly kind of bar I would miss... But of course, I imagine everything is extremely relaxed there cause of karma of the whole place but in general I don't like hanging around with adrenalin freaks, I like psychedelic freaks...
-
My driving pulse is Psychedelic with strong influence of Tantric ( goa melodies ) and to be as chaotic and demented as possible. That is what puts me most in trance...Your state of trance ?
-
I know you'd have that reaction but I simply couldn't find it...Not even from friends which is strange since I have some dj buddies...thnks anyway...
-
Hey Squaffy, thanks... I'll do my best to stay unoticed even though I look as pretty obvious tripper... Primrose bar ? Any delicatessens ?

Recommend some dark, trippy, EVIL-sounding trance.

Yeah, it is a bit early for that...You could have some other innovative idea for a topic...
-
Umm, yes, it was probably because I don't have any of his albums, only few singles here and there, but you are right, I could remember cause he really makes sonic chaos...
-

ANDROMEDA - TEMPTATIONS 2004 YELLOW SUNSHINE EXPLOSION 1. LIQUID FAIRIES 2. L-ZONE 3. EYELIPSE 4. ATMONIZER 5. IMPLODED 6. OUT OF THE LIMIT 7. SENSITIVE KEYS 8. THE LAST TEMPTATION 9. FLUTING AROUND My friend brought me this disc today to listen and I immediately liked it and played whole. It is very nice and smooth progressive trance which a lot reminds on FreQ but has even more mellow structure and morphing prog melodies. It is very morning release with groovy touch and pretty cozy atmosphere all around. First song LIQUID FAIRIES is one of the best on the album. It starts disc perfectly, I was completely amazed how professional it starts where I expected something completely else. First track is very dreamy, and sounds almost ancient. Has heaps of crystal effects and lots of very nice melodies. L-ZONE is very smooth, groovy progressive at its best. Very good track and it goes very good after previous one. EYELIPSE is nothing that special, just an average proggy track. ATMONIZER is much interesting, drifting more bouncey. It could have been slightly more work done on the track but all in all it is pretty nice. Then comes progressive full on track IMPLODED that is also pretty nice. OUT OF THE LIMIT is more concrete and lifts the pace up a little bit with its faster kick and more effects. SENSITIVE KEYS is another average track with some tribal feel to it but then comes another one of the bets on album THE LAST TEMPTATION which has very nice female vocals and gentle, generic melody that is very beautiful and remind a lot on old trance, but is ruined by some silly child vocals in the middle. FLUTING AROUND is pretty silly track in fact, starts slow and like ambient but then turns into some crazy breaking rhythm that is followed by pretty simple guitar and lounge feel. So, this album vary. It would have been very elegant, and smooth album, only if they haven't did some fillers, like 3 or 4 of them. There is certainly some idea behind and good will but they do fail saying the story right...6/10

You were right, I missed Hux Flux, what was I thinking ? Haven't heard of Psykovsky much...

Insejn, you are insane....Those groups made perfect chaos back then. We are talking about the groups that identified this genre. They were making chaos when no one else did and that is why I put them. We can now talk about hundred of new chaotic groups but those ones gave definition of it...simple as that...plus, you are not the one that can talk about chaos since you mention Rinkadink, the most unchaotic group ever...
-
Well, Kox Box haven't made anything that chaotic except Life Is...from Dragon Tales...
-
Best examples of tracks of groups I mentioned that did most chaos to me : UX - ALIEN EARTH ACTIVITY ( slow but intense chaos ) SLIDE - UNSTABLE ( definition of chaos ) CHAKRA - BRAIN IN THE BOX ( twisted melodic chaos ) CYDONIA - MIND HUNTER ( guitar primal chaos ) PSYCHAOS - CHAOS TO ORDER ( no words ) COSMOSIS - HIGHER ACCESS ( swirling, melodic chaos ) PLEIADIANS - TIME DILATION ( interstellar chaos ) HALLUCINOGEN - DERANGER ( deranging chaos ) CHILDREN OF PARADISE - BLOODSUCKERS ( deviant sucking chaos ) BATTLE OF THE FUTURE BUDDHAS - LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND ( shivering, primal chaos ) GREEN NUNS OF THE REVOLUTION - OPTIMUM CREAKAGE ( creaking chaos ) Tell me your personal chaos induced trax...
-
I like it when chaos is all around and you can't turn your head anymore from maximal layers of sound. Who is f.cking your brain most ?
-
You haven't heard Faithless - God Is A Dj ( Astral Projection Rmx ) ? ! ? It is very trippy, delicious Rmx, even better than orihginal...It was released both on Israel Psychedelic Trance 4 and Psychedelic Vibes 6 I think. I still have no idea where is X-Noize Rmx released...

Hey OD, I am glad you are going there this year too...I am going for the first time too and can't explain how excited I am even though I know that is not so perfect as it used to be ( 88-98 ). Those were the best days of partying there, but still, I hope that there will be someone still playing old school occassionally...
