  1. What's wrong with Digital Mandala ? I actually find it one of the best psychedelic releases that year ( 2002 ). I truly hope he'd stay psychedelic cause he was pretty good at.
  2. There are more I can suggest you : Blue Planet Corporation - Blue Planet Mystica - Age Of Innocence Indica - Fairy Tales Miranda - Asynja
  3. I have to add : Juno Reactor - Acid Moon Solar Quest - Acid Air Raid The Prodigy - Claustrophobic Sting Earth Nation - Alienated Brainchild - Synfonica
  4. I don't think Infinity project is overrated just beacuse they were pioneers of psychedelic trance and made singles back in 1993. Considering that fact, they are one of the most influential even though they made 2 albums and around one album of other singles. I like their style very much, it is trippy, psychedelic and very funny. I like serious trance as well, but their level of fun WAS serious. I like all of their tracks plus those demented singles they released besides : WOW, OSCILLATOR, MINDBOGGLER, PHOSPHORESSENCE, EGO SHREDDER, OVERWIND, ALIEN AIRPORT, TIME AND SPACE, BRAIN BOKKA...I find it too much cause they stopped making music together.
  5. This looks pretty promising. Cover looks great ! Spindrift, that is your music there ? What is the style ? I hope it is only psychedelic and not psy full on...
  6. PLASTIKMAN - ARTIFAKTS 1998 MINUS 1. KORRIDOR 2. PSYK 3. PAKARD 4. HYPOKONDRIAK 5. REKALL 6. SKIZOFRENIK 7. ARE FRIENDS ELECTRIK ? 8. LODGIKAL NONSENSE Here is one of those minimal releases that you either love or hate. This minimal ambient is pretty good for my ear cause it is distinct and pretty catchy. It is filled with hypnotic, soothing 303 sounds that catch your brain instantly and put it on some strange frequency. This album is only for chilling, when you want to let your brain float and be hypnotised by bleeping sounds of 303, mixed with some kind of minimal structured bass lines that set specific atmosphere. Richie Hawtin made quite diffrent album than CONSUMED, the one he made before this one and while he is exploring some earth realms on that one, here he goes more into space. I like all of the tracks but the best ones are : KORRIDOR, PSYK, PAKARD, ARE FRIENDS ELECTRIK...8/10
  7. To me, their both albums are pure perfection. I don't even like comapring 2 great albums. To me, great albums are just that, it is silly to compare...I actually like just about everything these guys made until Nitrox and Chrome. Their singles as Etnica : Acid Shell, Astral Way, Fractal Gates, Tribute, Vimana, Merkaba, Chemical Trance, Floating Universe ( one of the best Etnica songs ever ), Blinded Moon, Intense Visitation, Rotating Fields are among my favourite psy songs in any case. Same for Pleiadians singles : Time Dilation, Jungle Trax, Sonic System, Analogue Step, Full Mental Jackpot ( Pleiadians Rmx ), Blue Planet Corporation - Antidote ( Pleiadians Rmx ) are all great singles. They made heaps of great songs and I consider them as true masters in trance genre in general. They contributed so much to the scene making trance states more accessible and generic. The biggest loss was departure of Carlo Patterno and Andrea Rizzo. But what a heck, they still made enough for our senses to be satisfied.
  8. Well, I truly hope that this album will have at leat 3 good songs, cause I've heard some good new trax when I saw them live but overall, Etnica with house influences....NAAAAH...But still, I have to listen to an album first.
  9. Hey Ukiro, I agree with you 100 %. I am so sorry Etnica/Pleiadians lost their magic touch, they were certainly making the most layered, melodic goa trance and now they are just experimenting with prog sounds and few malodies. But wasn't Maurizio Begotti also made some melodies, like I've heard he done Astral Way entirely by himself which was GREAT song. Do you know who made Time Dilation, Sonic System, Chemical Trance, Fractal Gates, Blinded Moon, Analogue Step, etc. I always wanted to know who made those perfect trax. Considering new album, I am also not so optimistic cause I've heard them live few months ago and Etnica songs were again average but when they started Pleiadians live act there were few interesting ones, but still not the old sound. I don't know what should I hope.

    Speedy J - G Spot

I think you are mixing it with his album Live from the same year. I mean, there are fade ins and outs on this album but it is not mixed.

    Speedy J - G Spot

SPEEDY J - G SPOT 1995 PLUS 8 1. THE FUN EQUATIONS 2. PING PONG 3. FILL 25 4. LANZAROTE 5. EXTRUMA 6. THE OIL ZONE 7. TREATMENTS 8. FILL 17 9. G SPOT 10. GROGNO Here is one of the best ambient albums from the mid nineties, when music was all about feel, expression and idea. This album is one of the best Speedy J efforts to date. It is mellow, fresh, gentle, at some stages even faster but overall smooth, perfect release from one of pioneers of electronic music. I can easily see the similarity in ambience and atmosphere as Earth Nation - Terra Incognita album. Very solid and sophisticated structures with alien sounds and utopian melodies. There are 2 faster songs : Ping Pong and G Spot, both very intelligent and to the point. Rest is mature ambience, perfectly mixed and mastered. I like all songs but the best ones are : PING PONG ( ! ), EXTRUMA, THE OIL ZONE ( ! ),TREATMENTS, G SPOT, GROGNO ( ! )...10/10
  16. Ok Adam, what about these ones then : Terra Ferma - Turtle Crossing Art Of Trance - Wildlife On One Terra Ferma - Adventures Of... Art Of Trance - Voice Of Earth This 4 albums are cream crop of Platipus trance, you should get them both if you like spiritual, tribal, melodic trance. There is also Quietman - Shhhh! from Platipus as well...and Cygnus X - Hypermetrical, pretty good Eye Q release...
  17. That is one of the best Chi-A.D. songs - Biocandy...released as single in 1999.
  18. The titles I'will suggest aren't so rare but classics : Passenger - For All Mankind Power Source - Cosmic Waves MFG - New Kind Of World Dimension 5 - Transdimensional Oforia - Delirious Psygone - Optimistique Yahel - For The People Luminus - Hypnotica Chi-A.D. - Infinitism Ra - To Sirius Emuna - Emuna Zorba - Zorba
  19. Future Sound Of London - Dead Cities The Orb - Orbus Terrarum Synaesthesia - Desideratum Delerium - Spheres 1 & 2 Monolake - Mementum Journeyman - Mama 6 Synaesthesia - Ephemeral Those ones were pure ambient el;ectronic music, now there are amient trance artists : Shulman - In Search of Meaningful Moment Entheogenic - Spontaneous Illumination Bluetech - Elementary Particles And Prima Materia Carbon Based Lifeforms - Hydrophonic Garden Solar Fields - Blue Moon Station Aes Dana - Memory Shell Entheogenic - Entheogenic H.U.V.A. Network and more but those ones are very good...
  20. THEY ARE AMAZING especially the first one... ! HUUUH !
  21. Blue Planet Corporation - Antidote ( Pleiadians Rmx ) Prana & Amanite FX - Black Rain ( Blue Planet Corp. Rmx ) The Muses Rapt - Spiritual Healing ( Darshan Rmx ) Cygnus X - The Orange Theme ( Man With No Name Rmx ) Juno Reactor - Pistolero ( Man With No Name Rmx ) MFG - Process Irreversible ( Passenger Rmx ) E - Rection - Out Here We Are Stoned ( Boris Blenn Rmx )
  22. I will also buy an album that has 1 or 2 magnificient tracks. But, really, those albums/comps that have few good tracks mostly have other good or average tracks as well, so I would surely buy such album. Very rarely there were albums I hated whole( Delta - Send In, Send Back, one good track, X-Dream - Irritant, 2 average tracks, Synchro - Drugs, one good track, Intergalactic - Outer Galaxy, boring childish crap...etc ) The point is that good artists can't deliver utter trash, unless they are pure amateurs or have evry bad idea in that point ( X-Dream for example ).
  23. Green Nuns Of The Revolution ( The Best Name Ever ) Battle Of The Future Buddhas Message From God Man Made Man Infected Mushroom
  24. You should get a machine ( for crispy, better production and more effects ) or to get loads of samples and effects and instal them on your computer. It would be great if you start doing something first in Fruity Loops with samples, to get into the thing before you move forward and start producing more serious stuff cause Fruity Loops could be very good as a tutorial before BIG THINGS. But if you have money to buy some machine ( Nordlead preferably ) then immediately connect it to Cubase and you'd get powerful set up.
  25. Huh, I just saw the date...tell us how was it later .
