  1. This is where I'm going to the Saturday 27'th: http://www.myspace.com/organixpsy http://www.sekretlab.com/ (along with other talented ppl)
  2. Never trust a Sony when it comes down to headphones! Also, what Kalki said, you could make a preset to crank up the bass a little.
  3. Psy-Core/Horror Psy? But Psy-Harmonics Vol. 3 is labeled as 'Trance, Techno' on discogs :S
  4. The 650's have a more coloured sound in comparison with the AKG, but still really great to listen to. Dunno if they're purposed for producing imo...
  5. Yes, your philosophies are ethicaly correct. If I ever see Skazi, I'll remember your wise words and Hit 'n Run him with that
  6. I think he means danceable music But not bad for a change Thrash: Slayer (early), Kreator (early), Sodom (early), Destruction (early), Razor, Metallica (early), Megadeth (early and some later), Exciter, Whiplash, Exodus (early), Testament (early, try their best-of comp.) etc. Death: Morbid Angel (first album = pure evilness), Cannibal Corpse, Death (as well as early as later, R.I.P. Chuck!), Possessed (very early death metal), Deicide, Obituary, Malevolent Creation etc.
  7. Very very nice list, atlast all of the goa/psy styles an its influences are stated! But... Various - Psy-Harmonics Vol. 3 - Hacking The Reality Myth is misspelled And also, isn't it Psy-Core/HorrorPsy?
  8. The easiest music for me to fall asleep to, is some good Trance Progressive, focused more on the ambient trance side of the music. Usually extreme metal doesn't do sleep for me, mostly I work out or just listen and grunt/airguitar/airdrum to it One time, I dreamed that I had 4 TB-303's and did a live act with them. Yes, waking up hardly sucked more then that day.
  9. Damn, you're right! Do you think Skazi likes poo? I certainly wouldn't know the answer to that. I know! let's ask him on his forum Or just play some old skool Goa @ Trance Orient Express / Solstice Festival @ Ruigoord. That would certainly do the trick for many! Or if that won't fill your hart, chech out this party: http://www.soma-natesa.nl/viewtopic.php?t=1555
  10. Maybe slightly offtopic, but do you folks remember the mahadeva special remix for mp3.com? It has not been officialy released, but, I've heard that there is a track of strong resemblance on one of their albums, so which is it?
  11. Do you have a better monitoring headphone in mind with really good price/quality resemblance and a very (and I'm talking about VERY!!) robust design? Agreed, almost every brand has its crappy models, and also Sennheiser, which happens to compete in the mass-market. But this, I assure you, is a golden crystal pearl.
  12. You're right, I forgot to mention about that. The SP version is a cheaped-off version of the real thing, so be aware! here's the real beauty http://media.zzounds.com/media/brand,zzoun...886bfc3af41.jpg just soo... pretty and if you're lucky, you'll get the studio version, which has an impendace of 600 Ohms instead of the 'usual 70
  13. I've just heard Zoodoo track on the radio, it impressed me pretty much, very melodic double-layered guitar parts ala Iron Maiden. This is quality melodic trance here
  14. One word: Sennheiser HD-25 Notably the best portable headphone around, great monitor headphone and a great DJ'ing can! I'll get mine anytime now
  15. damn right! Though there were a few minors, such as cheesy melodies in some songs and lack of pumping kicks in other. But all in all, this release is like a bubble of fresh air in the ocean of the 'full-on' hype. And the best thing is, IT'S FREE!! I understand that Metapsychic is soon bound to come out with a new release, I listened to the sampler, and I have nothing but great expectations!
  16. /\ psyhentai The song just ended when I saw your post Now: Dark Nebula - Robotic Tongue
  17. Very nice, wish I could do that
  18. First time I had an experience with a tracker was when the Sony Ericsson k750i was released. And I'm sure that unique piece of phone-software could easily replace Logic Pro. September 2006 I started with Fruity Noobs, since I don't own my personal computer, my time is limited so I couldn't finish any song. I tried some Goa trance, and the result was just a sampler of the 'song' http://www.load.to/?d=fBaEuxEnwb
  19. I think cold dark black metal guitar riffs would really suit some of the DarkPsy around. That would sure add some kickass melody
  20. Since they are a distant relatives of the humans why not?
