Few days ago, Thursday 25th, a partial eclipse of a full moon has occured. The earth's shadow fell on a very small part of the moon for a short time, approximately 27 mins, visible only on the eastern hemisphere, from eastern Europe and Africa across the Middle East eastward to southeast Asia and western Australia.
It was one of the shallowest and shortest partial eclipses of this century.
Still two other lunar eclipses will take place in May 25th and October 18th this year.
