Sorry for the deceptive subject heading. 'Made it sound like I actually had some crucial info, didn't I?

 

Actually, I'm wondering if anyone knows a website that keeps detailed information on forthcoming psy releases. I'd like to be able to consult a listing in advance so I can start budgeting for select items. I want to avoid thinking, "Man, if I'd known [such and such album] was going to be available so soon I would've thought twice before splurging for [not-so-good album I bought out of desperation]!"

 

Some labels, bless their hearts, are goodly enough to drop hints when they've got something up their sleeve (example : Twisted's "Unusual Suspects" compilation), but I'm always surprised when it actually hits the online stores.

 

I'm sure there are people out there who are more meticulous than me when it comes to keeping tabs on all this, so c'mon -- your sources, please.

 

It's cool that psynews.org has an "incoming" section, but I've found it to be somewhat limited and inaccurate.*

 

*That's a constructive criticism, by the way. I love psynews =>, and now that I've used an emoticon to make this evident, you can't help but love me.

Yes w're very sorry not to have fresh incoming news, the problem is that it takes time to update the list and I don't have enough time for that ... but I think the future version of this website will permit to have much fresher news, as visitors themselves will be able to post the infos they have and I won' t have anything else to do than saying "ok" / "not ok" to post it on the site (currently I have to write some HTML code) :-)
