help with samples

2 questions for all of you out there in goa land:

 

1) i heard a sample at a party on the weekend that sounded like "welcome to africa". it was repeated and quickened up. what track is this from?

 

2) what logic bomb track is it that has the sample of the sound your car radio makes when your mobile phone is close to it?
