Once i heard this track that had a sample from dark city in it. It started out like "first there was darkness, then came the strangers, they were a race as old as time itself, they had mastered the ultimate technology"

 

Talamasca has sampled this movie, and so has dark soho. Either it's a remix of the originals, or is by someone else.

It's pretty minimal, and has a three note melody that comes in about a minute through.

Great attitude, dude.

 

Xerox "Tuning" samples the whole intro from "Dark City" and Etnica "Mind Altering Drugs" samples just the "alter physical reality" bit, but neither tracks is very minimal. Supposedly Midrange Freedom Fighters "Dark City Slickers" also samples the movie, but I'm not familiar with the track.
