Actually there are several tracks with this sample but I advise you to check the "Simplicity" album from Cosma. There's a track with this sample unfortunately I can't remember which, maybe the fifth.

There is also a Cypher track with that sample it's called "Dubientish," but it's not a trance track per se. It's more of a down tempo song.
