Guest FrY Brain
I woul like to ask for everybodys help on listing the tracks they know that are melodic but, still psychadelic. I mean, I don't want crap only with synths. I like melodical stuff that has also very strong beat. Songs like : Holy men - yellow Holy men - shredder yahel - intelligent life yahel - voyage the muses rapt - spiritual healing infected mushroom - synphonatic well, i hope you know what I'm looking for. I like the more full on psy stuff too, but is very difficult to find good tracks that fit in the style i'm looking for, most of them are too cheesy. Thanks!! Guest Protex Midget
Well, the music that you listed is extremely cheesy... But, if it's your style, then i suggest you check out some old israeli trance artists like Eyal Barkan (king of cheese), Luminus, or just try the old Karahana Compilations... PS: I really don't know how you can stand music like this... no offence!
Guest Kakoolalajwal
Hé hé hé....... Sure Protex has been a bit ironic, but I'm sure he wasn't malicious... What he said is quite true, my friend, Holy Men, whouaou... extreeeeeeeeeeemely cheesy indeed.. Yeah I think Israeli-Vibes is what U need, just burn your Holy Men discs, and try artists like Gorlation Corporation, Har-Ell Prussky, MFG, Psysex, Sandman, etc............ Oakay See Ya.. Guest FrY Brain
hahaha!! I know its cheesy stuff guys. I like the psy stuff better, but I already have tons of tracks and i'm looking for cheesy @!#$ now. But I don't want to waste my time getting cheesy @!#$ tracks. I want the good cheesy. In the melodical stuff these tracks are quite good. Do you understand me now??? I don't want to loose time downloading stuff i'm gonna find too cheesy/boring to listen to. Guest Bruno
Hello everyone, I'll have to agree with Fry Brain on many tracks here...! They sure are cheesier, but they are good music, maybe with exception of Holy Men - Yellow... but I dont think Holy Men should be shot to death! lol... I mean, it's quite noticeable that he doesn't spend much time on production, but some songs like COLORS OF SOUND really do it for me, and I kinda respect him for that! Of course it doesn't beat AP's Let There Be Light and stuff like that, but it's great for those times that you just need to feel the music, not dance to it... Spiritual Healing and Intelligent life are GREAT tracks... I love them! Just as much as I like to go full on with GMS, Skazi, X-Dream and such, I like to stop and chill with "faster than chill out" songs! Just my 2 cents! Tatsu
try out also the following: avalanche: friendzone eyal barkan: viagra (it has some similar synth like for the people from yahel)
Guest bugbread
Just for the record, cheesy is cheesy, but it's not necessarily "bad" (or it's bad, and yet it's good). I'm sure a few people here have intentionally cheesy stuff in their music collections (I'm partial to Holy Men, and, god help me, the BeeGees). It's good to laugh some times while dancing (not that I would ever dance to the BeeGees, though..yuck)
