My sister ordered a few cds for christmas (yeah that's right christmas! how long ago was that!) and i never recieved them. So... We keep trying to tell them this and they are doing nothing about it. They charged my sister the 30 or so bucks... But i never got my cds! Upsetting... I think i'll give my business to Saiko Sounds! I still want my damn cds though! Quote

They charged me the total amount 100 Euro (more or less) but after several months they've sent my money back as they've checked out the parcel situation... something this happens, but i think Psyshop is a great mailorder and if they'll see your parcel has been lost they'll give your money back. Guest Cymoon Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 I made severals orders too one year ago....and they were really good... now I tried to order something and there was always an automatical email saying that I have problems with my card...and I think my card is OK....I tried it several times with different options etc...but without succes then I sent them an email just to check where is the problem (shipping address, card holders address??...etc...I dont know) but they have never replied me...... well, I hope they have a lot of emails, but if they are doing a proffesional shop like this, they should have something like a "customer care".. I dont think I will order some more CDs from them....will try saikosounds..... Quote

alpha Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 i've never had problems with them.. psyshop is the only online-shop i've used so far, ordered from the 4 times and always got the cd's very quickly.. this week i made the order on monday and received the cd's on thursday! Quote

But I have to add that I live in Germany so perhaps things are more easy as psyshop is located in Germany, too. Quote
Guest phaeton Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 i don't like psyshop anymore either since about 3 weeks .. i've ordered some vinyls and cd's from them several times and i never had a problem until the last time ... i ordered 'serial overtypes' ep by s-range on spiral trax and got sent 'out of range' by s-range instead (which imo is a horrible record btw) ... i also ordered 'full moon paradise sampler 2' and i got that one, but it doesn't feature the tracks that are listed on the label, but the ones listed on sampler 1 .. i know this probably is not their fault, must be the recordlabel who made that mistake, but at least they could change the tracklist on their site if it is incorrect ... i sent them an email asking them if there was a way to solve at least the problem of them sending me the wrong s-range record but they didn't respond ... then i sent them another email, and till date have not yet gotten a response ... so i guess i'll have to switch over to saikosounds as well for my future online orders ... Guest psyfi Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 i ordered there twice. no problems. once i wanted to order some cds but 2 of them weren't in stock anymore (although they were displayed as available when i ordered them). the next day they sent me an email asking what i wanted to do (cancelling the order, waiting....). so i found psyshop dealing very good/fast with problems Quote
Guest mE 1 Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 Chaos Unlimited is weird, they ask you to send your order confrimation from you email adress. They ask you to make sure your bank has the right adress and everything. It really boggles the mind why they do that. They say it's extra security... I can't really see how it's extra security... perhaps if somebody stole your card....(?) still I find it unessecary. but they seem to be down to earth and responsible. I trust them. Psyshop? never tried them, they are too far/too big of a company for my tastes. ONE thing is for sure NEVER order from Chaishop!!! They are just flat irresponsible. Quote
Guest flo3 Posted February 23, 2002 Posted February 23, 2002 first mailorder i ever made was from psyshop: received cds in one month(!!!) or smthng with lot of broken case but all entire cds i wrote several mails and after some time they gave me the name of courrier which was Deutsche-Post but not the nr. of expedition that i asked for too. that made me upset. by now im at my 2nd order by saikosound, i receive stuff in about one week(!!!) only one brkn case, exellent customer care. but i really would like to have a shop and go there! once a year i use to go to jamarico ZH and have goood discounts but quite high prices, i was once at chactun Wien but high prices!!! will check some in france soon anyone knows some good one in italy? Like Cymoon, I've had problems with their automatic credit card verification system, but I recently got a new card because I switched banks and everything works fine now. 1 time I ordered a record that they were sold out of. They sent me all but that record and neglected to tell me it was out of stock. However, when I emailed them to report the situation they had an alternate record of my choice to me in a week... they're not perfect, but who doesn't make mistakes? I'm satisfied with them Quote
