I recently went on a bit of tirade over the condition of a CD I'd purchased from them (though I didn't mention it was from them), and without even directly asking, they mailed me a brand new one. How cool is that? Plenty of people have horror stories about buying music online. They are probably THE best when it comes to speed. Orders from them always arrive VERY fast. Trancetrax = the best mail order company. Not to mention THE best website design. I only have one critisizm and that is: the track samples... they are too short and too few. We appreciate the great feedback, damn it we gotta come up to psynews.org more often! hehehe My goal has ALWAYS been to keep customers happy. If anyone has an issue with their order we will make it right. As far as vinyl is concerned; the reason why we do not carry vinyl is because we feel the demand for vinyl is not that high in the U.S. [for our type of music].
