I recently went on a bit of tirade over the condition of a CD I'd purchased from them (though I didn't mention it was from them), and without even directly asking, they mailed me a brand new one. They are probably THE best when it comes to speed. Orders from them always arrive VERY fast. Trancetrax = the best mail order company. Not to mention THE best website design. I only have one critisizm and that is: the track samples... they are too short and too few. Other than that... they are always the first people I check for a CD. as a matter of fact i'm checking them right now... Quote

Guest psyfi Posted February 26, 2002 Posted February 26, 2002 i don't find that psyshop has everything. i don't even think they got much. ofcourse they have all recent releases. but their backstock lacks in quantity.. and they are not very fast in stocking new cds, it seems to me (i.e you can get new releases faster elsewhere) but nevertheless they are very good Quote

We appreciate the great feedback, damn it we gotta come up to psynews.org more often! hehehe My goal has ALWAYS been to keep customers happy. If anyone has an issue with their order we will make it right. As far as vinyl is concerned; the reason why we do not carry vinyl is because we feel the demand for vinyl is not that high in the U.S. [for our type of music]. We even set up a voting booth to get an idea of how many people would be interested but more than 90% of votes came from the same IP address (same person voting over and over after clearing their cache) hehehehe. jake trancetrax.com Quote
