Guest lurk
I heard from a very reliable source that Aorta is leaving the psytrance scene to concentrate on making and Dj'ing progressive trance ( a la Digweed et al). This is sad because he has played a couple of mind blowing sets that I have heard, and is probably the most technically accomplished psytrance DJ I have ever heard... the scene needs more DJ's with his mixing abilities. Good luck to him though )

Guest kadafi
... that guy still rules, you guys!! he still plays mindblowing stes!! sets with no end... I heard him dj-ing some time ago together with Peter Didgital who was really really good... but I must say I found Aorta even better!! Eventhough there was zero decoration and a weird atmosphere I will never forget that progressive trance party 8-) ... just couldn't stop dancing on those rhythms... Good luck to him indeed! Guest Setsuko
... that guys is doing lots of things for the moment , he's making remixes of eat static tracks ... working together with Trish on a techno project ... and he still does lots of dj sets ... indeed his mixing skills are incredible , very technical perfectionism ... i realy like him. but now , he's more focused on progressive psytrance ... i mean it's not that he's left the psyscene imo . although he'll gonna close his psytrance store within a few months (our only belgian specialised store) well , i realy hope somebody else will take it over ☻
Anoebis
Well, I visited him last week and while I was there he was making tracks a la Digital Stuctures. He will also work together in a few weeks with James Monro and he had contact with Son Kite!! So... He's not leaving the Psy-trance scene, he just continues with doing his own thing!! (and he was already progressive for a LONG time!) He have played on some Techno-parties here in Belgium a few months back together with Trish, but that project (called Commin Rock) is already over!! Bom Shankar! Anoebis
Guest lurk
I heard that he was moving away from progressive psytrance, and going in the direction of progressive trance... and I heard this from a trusted friend who heard it from the man himself. Guest snusnu
Oh, because you can tell the difference between progressive trance and progressive psy by something other than the label written on the EP/CD? I can't... SMI²LE
Guest JanUa
Aorta is playing at the zoo in a couple of weeks ... (the zoo = electronic dance cafe ... in hasselt) i didn't like his set at senseblender ... no remark's on his technique ... it is very good ...but playing such a dry set in the morning before the live of logic bomb ... mmmmmmm... i almost fell asleep ... but i think i'll appreciate it much more when i hear it at the Zoo ... so ...
