Guest andrew Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 hello people thanks for all the help in the past. i need help with two things 1. Can you suggest tracks that in your opinion define the word “accurate” 2. what is the name of the track that has the line "the bush, the source of all beeing" thank you Quote
Guest StoNeY! Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 Hi andrew... I think the answer to question 2 is a track by "the Nommos"; a band Goa Gil is in if i'm not mistaking... Don't know the track name though, but it is on "Live@Burning Man". Quote
Guest StoNeY! Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 ok, I checked. The track you're looking for is "Amma" by "The Nommos" Quote
Guest AtomicCow Posted December 1, 2001 Posted December 1, 2001 This is soooooo weird. I was thinking about the word accurate about two weeks ago. I wasn't sure about it's meaning too. It may even had to do with music. Quote
Guest andrew Posted December 1, 2001 Posted December 1, 2001 did you get to any conclusions about "accurate"? Quote
Otto Matta Posted December 2, 2001 Posted December 2, 2001 Your first question is kinda weird, Andrew. I think that's why you're not getting much of a response. The definition of accurate is as follows: "Free from error; exact; precise." Which means, if you're looking for tracks with an "accurate" quality, I'm sure you'll have a million different answers, because it seems to come down to taste. If I were to pick a couple psy artists that I feel create "accurate" music, I would say Shakta and Spirallianz (any track) off the top of my head. Their music is incredibly calculated and almost entirely "free from error." I would be willing to guess that a lot of people would pick more minimalistic sounds to fit the term, due to the precision of that music, which tends to make the music somewhat dry, with little room for "error." How's that? EA Quote
