question about Tristan and Prometheus EPs

I've dloaded Tistan's Alpha Activity/Over The Threshold EP and the Timebandit/Sunspot EP by Prometheus and now I'd like to know which track is which because they often switch the names at audiogalaxy. So, which is the track by Tristan with the sample "...open your mind, let go" in the beginning and what's the Prometheus one with the countdown intro? And don't flame me because of downloading, I buy no vinyl and I don't have a vinyl player either but I was curious about these tracks. So don't start the anti-downloading war again.
