Guest shmurgle Posted April 4, 2002 Posted April 4, 2002 mp3's suck.if an album is killer,i'll buy it.unfortunately,it's not always that easy.there are a few albums that i wanna lay down my cash for,but can never firking find anywhere. any album's that keep eluding any of you?i'm not talking collector's items.i just mean music you wanna firkin own. the 2 most annoying for me have been: Hux Flux-Cryptic Crunch Mystery of the Yeti 1 and i just got my hands on Infinity Project-Mystical Experiences. share.or not.i just felt like venting. -jason Quote
Guest akira Posted April 4, 2002 Posted April 4, 2002 Fair comment. I also hate mp3's and the only stuff I download is either new songs I want to buy on vinyl or stuff I just can't buy anymore on cd. To be honest I can't see any reason for cds and vinyl to be as rare as they are. It's not as if they're not in demand.. Quote

Guest eris Posted April 4, 2002 Posted April 4, 2002 oh dear, 'cryptic crunch' always seems to come up in these discussions-- i have spoken to some friends who used to work for koyote who released 'c.c.' and it does not look like daryl [the label boss] has any intention of re-releasing this,which is crazy because a lot of people want to get hold of it! maybe the best thing to do is contact dennis tapper himself to see if he can arrange for someone else to put it out ,and if enough folks do it ,it may happen.
