School starts in middle-August so I cant go to Sola Luna either (thats in September, right?)... I went to Voov last year, but it wasnt as psychedelic I like it... Any other festivals/parties I should go to in Europe?... Quote

Guest [tom jaimz] Posted April 8, 2002 Posted April 8, 2002 Kristian, I'm not sure where you live but in the rest of the world the Pleiadians / MFG sound died about six years ago. Voov will not have this sound, nor will any major party anymore. There might be some small parties around, put on by diehards like yourself who don't want to listen to the newer sounds, but the majority of psychedelic trance fans now much prefer the newer sounds, which is why you'll find them played at 95% of parties this summer - because 95% of psychedelic trance fans prefer them to the old sound. Personally, after three solid years of the MFG / Pleiadians sound I too got pretty tired of it. Quote

At the VooV there is a mix of everything, there is more Psy-tekk then Psy/goa-trance, but last year we couldn't complain with groups and acts/dj's like Shpongle, Hallucinogen, Raja Ram Dj-set during the MORNING!!!, Space Tribe and some more unknown melodic dj's!! ;-)) But i'll check out the full on festival in Austria for sure, seemd like it is the ONLY festival in Europe with only melodic/full on music!
