Guest Steveo Posted December 20, 2002 Posted December 20, 2002 Hi I wonder if anyone could tell me if there is difficulty getting budget accomodation in the main party areas of Goa during the Xmas-New Years period. I remember when i was in Koh Pha Ngan we arrived a week before the full moon party and were ok, but people who arrived in the couple of days before it had all sorts of hassle. We (thats 2 of us) will be arriving in Anjuna/Vagator/Chaporo region on Boxing day.

However, you shouldn't have a problem getting a room in a guesthouse if you just ask around and be nice - head to Anjuna first and just ask around. Quite a few families in Anjuna/Vagator area would be happy to give you a room.
